THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE; BY THE MAIN 4 WAY AND CLOSE TO GOLF COURSES, BOATING, SWIMMING, FITNESS CENTER AND MORE. Only one mile from the community center and many other amenities in The Glade.

SLEEPS 6; King bed and queen bed upstairs, sleeper sofa in the living room
Ground floor-living room with sleeper sofa, dining room area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and half bath on ground floor. Great walk out deck from living room; table and chairs-looking out into courtyard
Upstairs-2 bedrooms with a full bath; another deck upstairs as well
Bedrooms-
1st/master bedroom-King size bed
2nd bedroom-queen size bed.

One TV in the living room; large screen with Roku stick for live TV and streaming
High speed internet/WiFi-password given after booking

Kitchen-fully stocked with all needed to cook, etc. Regular coffee pot.
-ALL bedrooms are upstairs

If you secure a booking then we can request guest passes, but we will need full names of each person. The guest pass do NOT pay for amenities like golfing, it allows you access and you pay the guest rate.

*If bringing a pet, please let us know. Well behaved pets, and we will give you additional info on rules, etc. Their is a dog park in Fairfield Glade. One time pet fee of $50.

One reserved parking space in front of unit, one other car park in unassigned space near by. Trailers, boats and large vans aren't allowed to park per HOA rules.
