6-bedroom vacation home just 10 minutes from town.

This property has been in the family since 1963. Our dad, whose initials are DEW, had a dream to purchase a piece of property at the Lake of the Ozark to have a "place in the country." This was just a large piece of land when they bought it and they spent many of hours and weekends clearing it. This was where they would camp and enjoy nature, family, and friends. Throughout the years they upgraded...their first house was the hut that you see when driving into the property on the right, then they bought a small trailer. This was mom and dad's favorite place to be. Unfortunately, dad passed away with an aggressive cancer almost 20 years ago. His wife Dar decided that she would like to have a house built in honor of her husbands dream.(Hence the themed rooms of Dads passions.) One of her most favorite things to do was host people. Unfortunately, she developed Alzheimer's shortly after his passing and passed recently. It's been a long journey...over 10 years in the making, but we have finally decided now was the time to finish this in honor of our parents. There are 3 brothers (Dale, Scott, and Mark) along with their wives, 16 children and lots of grandkids who enjoy the property. This has been a wonderful place our entire family has made and continues to make countless memories together.
