• Pets: All pets must be pre-approved by the host. Failure to notify the host of a pet will result in a $500 fine deducted from the deposit.

• Wind Precautions: Do not use the firepit or open umbrellas/awnings on windy days, as this can cause damage.
• Pool Floats: Remove all pool floats from the water every night to allow proper filtration.
• Firepit and Grill Safety: Close umbrellas/awnings while using the firepit or grill to prevent fire hazards.
• Nighttime Precautions: Turn off the firepit and close all umbrellas/awnings overnight.
• Charcoal Grills: If you use a charcoal grill, dispose of ashes in the metal ash bucket provided.
• Heating Requests: Contact the host to request pool or spa heating.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the pool, spa, or outdoor features during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to pool equipment, umbrellas, awnings, furniture, or landscaping. Bedroom 1, Overlooking the backyard oasis with private double French doors to the pool and spa, the luxurious, spacious Master Suite features a new King-size bed and a new 70’ Samsung Smart TV and a spacious spa-like granite ensuite.
Bedroom 2, This quiet east facing bedroom features 2 new queen beds, luxury linens, and a brand-new Samsung Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 has the benefit of a separate entrance off the quiet inner courtyard at the front of the house. This room has a comfortable new King size bed and a new Samsung 55” Smart TV. There is a full bath and shower in the hallway that is shared with Bedroom 4. (Jack-Jill)

Indio offers visitors a variety of outdoor activities for all seasons. It is a perfect place to enjoy the American Express PGA Tournament and the La Quinta Arts Festival. Shopping and dining in Old Town La Quinta are a must with the famous El Paseo drive located in Palm Desert only 20 minutes away. More than 100 golf courses fill the Coachella Valley, allowing the golfers in your group to play to their heart's content. If you'd rather watch your favorite athletes play, the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells and numerous events on the PGA circuit are sure to please!
