Situated right in the heart of Naples, in a quiet suburban neighborhood, minutes away from all the great places in the area. 1.3 miles to breathtaking sandy beaches and a short bike ride to several parks in the area. A couple of miles from highly rated bars, restaurants, clubs, museums, open malls and art centers in town. Most places you can just bike to if you prefer.
Mercato Shopping & Dining District with Live Music is only 1.3 miles away!

This fully renovated home is part of a duplex property with its own private entrance, enclosed backyard with hot tub, outside dining table with grill and lounge area. everything is brand new in the house. Each side of the duplex has its own private areas in the front and in the back of the property.

The place has everything you need in a house. It`s approximately 1,200 SF, has 2 large bedrooms with TVs and 2 full bathrooms/spacious living room with TV and workspace station / full kitchen /laundry room with washer and dryer.

Additional amenities include: Beach chairs, barbecue grill, bicycles, boardgames and a stunning colorful skies pretty much every single day :)

Guests have private access to the whole house as well as the outdoor private living area. Guest also have their own driveway to park their cars.

We are here to help at anytime. In case of emergencies after regular business hours, please give us a call instead of texting. It`s easier to reach us that way!

The property is located in Naples Park. Close to all the hot spots in Naples.

We, the owners, live just minutes away. which means , if you ever need anything, we can take care it right away.

The property was well furnished, and the backyard was exceptionally pet friendly for our dog. Hosts were fantastic.Beds were comfortable but a little too firm for us. Great location to shopping, restaurants, and the beach!

Home away from home

We stayed here while our home was being repainted. The home was very well organized, clean, well supplied and comfortable. The owners were very responsive and showed us the house before we moved in for our stay. Nice neighborhood and convenient to shopping.

Perfect Naple Getaway

We loved every minute of our stay in Naples. Great hosts and an amazingly comfortable home. We had everything we needed for our stay. We loved an after sunset dip in the hot tub. The bikes were great for a quick ride to the beach and no worries about parking a car. We hope we are able to return for another great stay in North Naples.

Naples Gem is a “Diamond”!

Lovely home with every need addresses…very well equipped…everything one needs for cooking too! Immaculately clean and uncluttered design. Double beds in the second bedroom…great feature! Loads of hangers in the closets…that was great…it’s the details that matter. Very convenient area…close to shopping and dining options…neighborhood is very quiet and not far from beaches. Hosts were very responsive and our month there was just great!

Great family get away

Very satisfied with the home and host. They were very respectful and responsive when l made some requests. No problems with the home or neighborhood. It’s a nice quiet residential area. Short drive to beaches, Walmart and Trader Joe’s. The home was perfect for the four of us. Very clean and recently remodeled. Made good use of the homes appliances. Everything appears to be new. Even used the crockpot and the meat thermometer:) The washer and dryer allowed us to pack light. We all loved hot tub. Great way to relax after being gone all day. Most importantly we had a great time. Even though the weather was cooler than normal it did not limit us. We used the included bikes to do a longer ride to the downtown pier and also locally to visit the beach. Played pickleball several times at Veterans Park. 14 courts and just a short drive away. Also it’s free. This location is central to the various beaches. The home’s beach chairs were put to good use. Vanderbilt and Wiggins beaches are so close and a must. But consider also taking a 25 minute drive to check out Lovers Key State Park’s beaches and walking trails. Very nice visitors center there too. Next time I will take advantage of the on site Kayak rental to explore the backwaters. It was a Nice get away. Although we used the grill many times, the areas restaurant options are endless. Try Buzz’s Lighthouse at Vanderbilt beach. Rebooked for March! More on our list to do there.
