OB Family Retreat - Great for a large family in the Heart of Ocean Beach.

OB Family is a great property for a large family or a family reunion. Situated in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Ocean Beach and around the corner from some popular restaurants such as The Noodle House and just a five minute walk to Dog Beach.

This property includes two Cottages. The large cottage is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace, HD TV, cable and WIFI. There is large been bag that converts into a full size bed. The dining area in this cottage seats 6.

The adjacent cottage is a great 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage with an additional fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 4 and a comfortable living room with HD TV, cable, WIFI and bean bag that makes into a full size bed. In this cottage you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the guest bedroom and each room shares a bathroom that sits between the two bedrooms.

Each property has a small outdoor area with a BBQ and a seating area.

The properties sleep a total of 10 in beds, with additional sleeping in the living room on the pull-out couches.

PETS CONSIDERED
Dogs are allowed, if the pet has been approved by Management and nonrefundable Pet Fee has been paid. ($40/Night, per Pet) Fee will be added to reservation total. To be considered for approval, Guest must agree to kennel pet when left unsupervised.

A little bit about Ocean Beach:

This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining

Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.

Please be aware this is a busy neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and bars and will have noise to got with that and this home sits on the corner of a well traveled street.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
