Beautiful, clean bedrooms & bathrooms with modern finishes. Spacious master bedroom with large walk-in closet. Flat screen smart TV's in every bedroom and the living room. Washer & dryer conveniently located on the second floor.
Sleeps 6 - 8 comfortably - 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, roll-out bed, & air mattress.
The kitchen comes stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Beach bikes, games, and other gear onsite. High speed internet WiFi available in the entire home.
Parking is easy with two garage spaces or alley parking for smaller vehicle.
Plenty of outdoor private entertainment space on the front patio. Or step outside the gate, walk 8 houses down to the corner of Daisy ave & Seacoast drive where you'll find dining, breweries, and the beach.
Guests will be given a door code. Entry is completely contactless.

Depending on the size of vehicles, you can either fit two small cars (ex. Mini Cooper) vertically or one longer vehicle horizontally in the alley driveway. Cars should remain out of the alley. The property line in the rear is where the pavers end.
Internet Use Restrictions: You agree that you will not:
- give out wireless internet password outside of your rental party;
- reset, erase or modify the router password;
- transmit any material that is unlawful;
- use the internet for excessively high volume data transfers.
