The first words from our Casa Alegria guests are typically "Wow! what a View!". Indeed the villa is well known for our unique west-facing, beach & sunset views. Excellent option for a large group of 6-12 !

Casa Alegria is situated in the hip, eco-friendly, paradisical twin beach villages of Mazunte-San Agustinillo. Wake up to the sound of the waves and the chirping of the birds. Enjoy amazing sunsets while cooling off in the dipping pool with ocean view. Enjoy fresh breezes, bird-watching, and expansive mountain to ocean views while just being a 3-min walk to San Agustinillo beach below.

The villa has six separate entry suites or rooms available to guests (for up to 5 couples and 2 individuals) across three floors including a two kitchens, a long dipping pool, and ocean view terraces. Five rooms have queen beds, and one room "Tierra" has two twin beds. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The 6 Suites sleep a total of 6-12 guests:
- 1 Master Suite (very spacious 375sqft) with the Best Ocean and Sunset Views on the 3rd floor.
- 3 Pool-front Suites (spacious 300sqfteach) with ocean views (named Sol, Luna, Corazon) on the 2nd floor.
- 2 garden rooms (200sqft each) named Mar and Tierra and a separate Kitchen/Dining Table on the first floor. Limited vegetation view. No Ocean View.

The top 4th floor palapa and pergola "open living" space features the main Kitchen, Dining and Lounging areas with incredible ocean and sunset views.

We speak English, Spanish, and French. Owner Host or House Manager is sometimes on site and will provide concierge-like services to our guests during your stay.

We have gated and paved private parking driveway for up to 3 vehicles on site. Car rentals are available at Huatulco or Puerto Escondido Airports (45-55min drive from Casa Alegria). Moto-scooters are available to rent in a few locations around town. Walking to beach below (3min) and into the center of San Agustinillo (10min) and nearby Mazunte (25min) is also popular.
