Inside there is 2000 square feet of air conditioned living space. Take advantage of this fully equipped kitchen which leads out to a large deck, where you can BBQ (Gas and Charcoal), and enjoy the evening with friends and family. This property offers a larger back garden with a charming outdoor shower for when you return home from the beach! Inside, with three living areas, there is no shortage of space at this home! The first floor offers a TV room with comfy seating for five, and an additional spacious living room. Children will love the bonus room in the basement!
