This vacation home is located in the upscale waterfront community of Great Harbors Association in East Falmouth, where you can enjoy all the benefits on Great Pond.  For an additional fee ($335), guests can purchased a guest pass and take advantage of all on site activities while vacationing in the beautiful Falmouth area. The Association amenities include: two swimming pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, volleyball court, playground, ball field, recreation club, beach house for yoga and a beautiful beach on Great Pond for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding.  This family friendly destination offers endless opportunities for fun! Enjoy prestine beaches, explore conservation lands and enjoy yummy treats from renound Cape Cod ice cream shop, Smitty's!



Inside there is 2000 square feet of airconditioned living space. Take advantage of this fully equipped kitchen which leads out to a large deck, where you can BBQ (Gas and Charcoal), and enjoy the evening with friends and family.  This property offers a larger back garden with charming outdoor shower for when you return home from the beach! Inside, with three living areas, there is no shortage of space at this home! The first floor offers a TV room with comfy seating for five, and an additional spacious living room. Children will love the bonus room in the basement!

Bedroom 1 -The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with walk in closet and ensuite full bathroom.

Primary bathroom -  Full bathroom with shower and bath tub.

Full Bathroom on the second floor with shower and bath tub.

First Floor bathroom is a 1/2 bathroom.
