Great Location!!!

The location of this condo can’t be any better, clean, communication was great, only flaw was the furniture, matresses, sofas and fridge needs an update, but thats a easy fix, just update those few things and charge a little more, Im sure it would stay booked!

Great location but unit could use some updates. Master bed was very old and creaky, carpets need cleaning badly and furniture was comfy wearing out. The toilet in the master bath was loose. Also there was a lady in the clubhouse was rude and unaccommodating. The staff at concession were awesome and went above and beyond for their customers.

Sad stay

Just don't do it...It was stinky and filthy with dirty and very worn carpets, shower and bath tubs needed to be cleaned with very moldy shower curtain (which the host did replace after sending them photos). But after seeing the state of the place, I didn't want to have my kids in there so we ended up leaving early. I found it unacceptable to rent a place at this low standard. Unfortunately communication ended with the host as soon as I told them we were leaving early and I wanted a portion of my money back.

I'm sorry the house didn't meet your expectations. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and that's not the feedback we get on this condo. Just check the reviews. Unfortunately, it's clear that you were looking for reasons to stay in the house for free. You stayed 2 nights and on the third and last night, you said the floor was dirty and that you left the unit. It becomes even more evident when you file a chargeback. Do you really think that's fair? You stayed in the house.

Dirty inside and construction outside

Check in was a breeze. Unit was well furnished and comfortable. Very close to the pool but hard to get there because of roof project. Called about dirty AC and other items. Person was over shortly to replace AC filter. He commented about how badly cleaned the unit was. Stated that he would have someone come to complete cleaning. No one ever came. Roof replacement was going on. Equipment was blocking parking and walkways. To get to the pool you had to walk down a narrow busy road because the sidewalks and parking was blocked off. I spoke to the onsite management and they told me that owners had been notified 90 days prior. When I called Owner's rep about not letting us know about the project, they told me they had no idea that a project was taking place. Asked for a $200 reduction in price to compensate for a dirty unit and construction hassle, and they denied it.

Beautiful property

Enjoyed this property thoroughly. Pool and splash park are amazing, condo is beautiful, and our host was very attentive to our needs. Would absolutely stay here again.

Unit is not maintained

This unit is not maintained well the toilets are coming unsealed and rock back and forth when you use them the seats are to small and don’t cover the porcelain. The floors are dirty my kids had dirty feet from walking around on the rugs after just a few min. There were no paper towels or soap.( I have stayed in many other units several times a year and there is always a small supply of dish soap trash bags toilet paper and paper towels and there was nothing !) the freezer leaked water all inside the fridge onto our food. The door to the porch does not open well. The location of this unit is great but that is it we will never stay in this unit again. Also during our stay workers came to fix the internet which we were not informed of until 45 min after they had arrived and I kicked them out (my children were left there with a babysitter and I was not abo to let strangers in there with them!)
