A home away from home for 2-3 families. Let our single-family home be your ideal vacation home for Skiing and lake/outdoor activities. Home comes fully furnished with linens, bath towel, and toiletries (details below). Relax in our large living room, game rooms, or 3-season room. Home is equipped with 8 Tv’s. Large living space is ideal for multiple families that don’t want to be over crowded. Lake and Ski slopes are less than 1/4 of a mile down the road. We are the closest development to Big Boulder mountain. Lake Harmony and their respective restaurants are a 5 min drive away.

3 Season Room: Heated room with pullout sofa, TV, Bar, and ceiling fan

3 full bathrooms- Two on second level, one on first level

Indoor living- Large open space living room with new 65” LG Smart TV

Game Room: Heated garage with billiards table, 2-person basketball game, high top tables, couches (including one queen size pullout sofa), recliner chair and 60” smart TV

Outdoor Living: New hot tub, gas grill, two level deck, gas fire pit, and patio furniture

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster oven, cooking basics, utensils, dishware, and flatware

General: Linens/towels for each guest, washer/dryer, central heating, A/C, complimentary toiletries (limited amount of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap) hair dryer, iron/ ironing board, additional comforters

Boulder Lake Club: Tennis courts, volleyball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, boating, fishing, private beach, heated pool access & boat rentals (paddling, catamaran, kayaking etc) (open Memorial Day - mid September).
Parking: Driveway (2-3 vehicles), overflow parking available (2 vehicles, first-come first-served)

Restaurants

Boulder View Tavern (1.1 miles) Great spot on the lake with views of Big Boulder ski slope. Kid friendly for all meals and has outdoor seating in the summer. Has live acoustic music on the weekends. It has the best cheesesteak I ever had.

Louie’s Prime (1.2 miles) Great upper scale restaurant with delicious steaks and chops. Perfect for date nights and adult dinners. They will take children depending on the age.

Shenanigans (1.4 miles) Great for family dinners with the kids or just adults. Large restaurant has live music, karaoke and dancing on the weekends. Our go to place for late evening fun.

Piggy’s (1.4 miles) Great mom and pop restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Super kid friendly and has that small town feel. Great place to start or end your vacation.

Terra Cottage (1.4 miles) Great breakfast and lunch spot. Little more variety and décor than Piggy’s.

Nick’s Lake House (1.5 miles) Directly on the water of Lake Harmony. Great location in the summer with large outside area. Nick’s has live music in the summer months. This is also the best place to be for a sunset on the lake.


What to do in the area

Boulder Lake http://www.boulderlakeclub.com/ ½ mile from the home with access to heated pool, beach lake area, tennis, volleyball, Fish, boat/kayak/canoe rental. Boat house has fishing equipment, bait and gear for sale

Lake Harmony- Few miles down the road offering another lake community to visit

Split Rock (3.5miles)- Indoor Water Park, Restaurant, and Outdoor Bars

Golf-Split Rock Country Club and Jack Frost National are both great courses close by

Kalahari Indoor Waterpark- About 20 min away is the largest indoor waterpark on the east coast. Great option for kids when the weather isn’t just right for outdoor activities. Resort also has a large arcade center with prizes

Hickory Run State Park- 16,000-acre park with scenic hiking on the rail trail, picnicking, biking, swimming, and fish

Jim Thorpe- Visit this small Victorian themed town for shopping, eating, and sightseeing

Breweries- Visit Barley Creek, Pocono Brewery and Five Mountain Brewing Co
