NEW Luxury modern Villa LiLa heated pool

Villa LiLa is completely renovated four-bedroom villa, located in a calm residential area next to the Salinas de Antigua golf course. The villa is located 1000 m (less than 10 min walking distance) from the beginning of the promenade and the Atlántico shopping center which has a big supermarket, clothing stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, and other play areas for kids. The nearest sand beach is located in that same area. The villa is south-facing and well protected from wind.
Villa Lila has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a 1 half bath. Two master bedrooms are with an ensuite bathroom and king sized bed 180 cm wide. Other two bedrooms have also king sized bed 180 cm wide and share a bathroom. All rooms have large closets and air condition.
Villa Lila has a huge lounge room with high glass ceiling with large sofa and 65“ TV with Netflix and Amazon TV Stick. The lounge is connected to the kitchen wich is fully equipped with big fridge, oven, microwave, stove, toaster,dishwasher, Nespressso Machine, kettle and enough dinnerware for 8 people. There is a big dining table for 8 people.
You can enter the terrace directly from the kitchen. There is another dining table for 8 people and a big sofa with a small table and the pool table. You can also use a gas grill.

The villa has a large (4 x 9 m) private pool with electric heating (from november to march included in price). The pool has a large shallow section for small children or adults who want to sit, cool off and have a glass of champagne. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden.
Around the pool there is a large grassy area with sun loungers bordered by palm trees, flowering shrubs and tropical plants. The space is completely private.

Bed linen, shower towels, an additional set of towels for the swimming pool, a hair dryer, washing machine ,iron as well as other amenities are included.

For those who need to work during the holidays, we have a 24” monitor DELL, HDMI, USB-C, keyboard and mouse (please let us now in advance if you need to use it).
