Great location, bad accomodations
If your main concern is location, this is a great one right near the beach, restaurants, and stores. It's also pet friendly, which is great.
As for some potential issues, the rooms are extremely small. We found the furniture to be very uncomfortable as well, though that could be personal taste. The property is also pet friendly, but you can't control other people, and there were several other guests that let their dogs run around without leashes.
For real issues, we had several. The stove did not work. It was unplugged and we did not want to pull it out to plug it back in. The bathroom vent was broken. The lamp in the living room was missing the twist knob and couldn't be turned on (luckily a bedroom lamp had the same kind of knob, and we moved them back and forth as needed to make both lamps work), there were a lot of knat-like bugs in the kitchen, the temperature in the house kept resetting at night because the Nest thermostat in the living room would only turn on if it registered movement, and turned off if we were in the bedroom.
Overall, if was just a very uncomfortable and disappointing place to stay, but the location and being pet friendly did offset some of that. But, honestly, for the price per night, I would have expected more. I would never stay here again.
