**House Guidelines:**
1. Respect quiet hours after 10 pm.
2. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children.
3. Checkout time is 10 am.
4. Check-in time is 4 pm or later.
6. Due to severe pet allergies, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets, including service animals.
7. Please note - Early check-in may be available at a charge of $50/hour if there are no guests checking out on the same day.
8. A spare propane tank is provided for guest use in case the grill's attached tank runs out. A missing tank will incur a $250 charge.
9. For your security and convenience, we require a signed rental agreement and a government-issued ID from the responsible party making the booking. Additionally, a modest security deposit will be secured, with detailed instructions promptly delivered upon reservation confirmation. 🌟🏡🛏️
