From the lake looking toward the home, the master suite is the structure on the far right. This is Bedroom 1 in the photos. Just to the right of the master suite is the cave, and beyond that is the tall waterfall, which you access by following a catwalk along the rock face.

The main section of the home is the center structure. On the main level, identified by the upper row of large windows, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, pantry, laundry room, and a half bath. Directly below, in the lower row of windows, is the recreation room with a TV, seating area, and kitchenette. Adjacent to the rec room living area is a half bath. Down the hall from the rec room pool table is Bedroom 7, a bunk room with six twin beds.

Above the main living, kitchen, and dining area in the center section is Bedroom 2. This bedroom sits on its own upper level and features large windows that face the parking area and surrounding woods rather than the lake. This room also includes a TV sitting area and a desk for working.

The structure on the left side of the home is the guest wing. You enter the guest wing from the main level deck, located to the left of the living room. This main deck is also where the outdoor seating, dining area, and grill are located.

Inside the guest wing, the lower left bedroom is Bedroom 3, which looks out toward the lake, fire pit, and boat dock. Above it is Bedroom 5, which has the same view from a higher vantage point. The lower right bedroom is Bedroom 4, which looks toward the main level deck, large natural rock face and stairs up to the parking area. Above it is Bedroom 6, a bunk room with four queen beds that shares the same view from a higher level.

Beneath the guest wing is a large covered patio with a TV and sectional sofa well as chairs facing the lake. In addition, there are sitting area decks located beneath the main deck and beneath the master suite, providing multiple shaded outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the view. This lower patio also provides lakeward access to the fire pit, which sits off to the far left when viewing the home from the lake.

The parking area is large with plenty of room for multiple vehicles and includes an EV charger with both J1772 and Tesla NACS style adapters. From the parking area, steps lead down directly to the main level deck and the primary entrance to the home.
