This condo is the perfect home base for your travels to the Rocky Mountains. Located right in the middle of downtown Canmore, just off of the main street, for a true walk-and-go lifestyle. You can grab a coffee, go for a bite at one of the dozens of restaurants, lavish in some shop therapy, or enjoy the area's nightlife...all within minutes walking distance. The condo is convenient to many breathtaking trails that weave throughout the town. The bow river and trail system is also only a short walk away. During the summer months, you can take in the great vibe from walking-only main street and Thursday markets that are all steps from your front door.
Now let's talk about the inside of this GEM! When you walk in you will be wowed by the gorgeous floors and high-end finishings. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances with everything you need to stay in and make a delicious meal. This condo is a spacious 970 square feet and has a king-size master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There's also a second bedroom with a brand-new queen size bed. The living room has ample space with new and comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a new smart TV. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.
Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.
