Built as a residence and brand-new to the rental market, this cottage is in impeccable condition with personal coastal touches that will make you feel right at home. Boasting over 2,400 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for your whole family to maneuver comfortably. When you're ready to hit the beach, the Bismark Dr. beach access is just 0.2 miles (a short 3-minute walk) away.

Pull up to this gorgeous Corolla cottage and enjoy plenty of parking in the driveway for all your vehicles. Begin your relaxation by taking an afternoon nap in the hammock beneath the home. Out back, a large fenced-in pool deck area features an inviting private pool and plenty of chairs and pool loungers to make tanning poolside a breeze. After a long day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside. The first floor also includes a washer/dryer and leads you to the 2nd floor through a short staircase.

The majority of bedrooms are located on the main level of this home. Choose between 2 Queen Bedrooms—each with comfortable beds, beachy décor and plenty of natural sunlight. One of the Queen rooms includes a desk area perfect for remote working or remote learning! A third bedroom features a Double bed and the fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids containing a Pyramid Bunk bed. A second living area on this level features a Queen Sleeper Sofa for extra space and doubles as a great place to retreat with your favorite book. There are two full bathrooms conveniently located between the bedrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a shower only.

Another staircase leads to the 3rd floor with its spacious bedroom suite with TV and private bathroom with shower. There you will find a centralized fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and an 8-person dining table with 3 additional counter height chairs. This open floor concept also includes an adjacent spacious living area with TV and many comfortable seating options for you and your family to enjoy. Rest easy in the King Bedroom on the top floor. In addition, a screened porch gives you access to a full wrap around sun deck and a rooftop deck for those beautiful sunrises in the morning and wonderful cool breezes at night.

In Northern Corolla, you can go on a 4x4 adventure to discover the Corolla Wild horses in their natural habitat and then stop by the Wild Horse Fund museum to learn about their history. When you get hungry, you can take a short 5-minute walk to Pasquale's Pizza and Pub to grab a slice of pizza!
