When you pull up to this incredible beach house, you'll find plenty of parking under the covered carport and the sidewalk. Pass by the Enclosed Outdoor Shower on your way upstairs, so there's no more worrying about dragging sand inside and take full advantage of the conveniently located Washer and Dryer for rinsing off those beach towels in the middle of the week.

You'll find the main Entry Way on the Middle Level as well as plenty of space for everyone in your family group to get some rest for another exciting day at the beach. Get settled in the Queen Bedroom with Deck Access and views of the Ocean, an additional Queen Bedroom, or the Bunk Room with 2 Sets of Bunk Beds that are perfect for giving the kids their own space while on vacation. A Full Hallway Bathroom keeps everyone comfortable. And for easy mornings with a cup of coffee and the bright, rising sun over the ocean, step out onto the Large Covered Deck or take your private walkways out to the Dune-Top Deck overlooking the beach. There are few things better than being able to walk directly to the sand from the comfort and privacy of your beach retreat.

On the Top Level, you're going to find plenty of beautiful space to spread out and take in the spectacular views of the ocean as you spend time with the people you love. Relax in the Living Area with its atmospheric Fireplace and views of the ocean waves through the windows. Cook up some delicious, fresh, local seafood in the Kitchen to enjoy while you watch the waves crash on the shore as you eat together in the Dining Area. For a little extra privacy, find your escape in the King Bedroom near a shared Full Hallway Bathroom. Greet the day with the pink and purple of the rising sun over the water from your Furnished Sun Deck that's ideal for lounging with your favorite beach read as you take in some of the most beautiful landscapes on the Outer Banks.

Please note: Due to natural dune vegetation and shifting sands, the private walkway to the beach may at times be difficult for some guests to walk through. If so, guests can access the beach using the convenient community path located right next to the home.

When you settle in for your vacation at The Anchor, you'll not only have a comfortable beach home but you'll also be located in the middle of the OBX close to great restaurants, fun activities, and other local attractions. If you have a foodie in your group, be sure to check out Outer Banks Brewing Station or Rooster's Southern Kitchen for a tasty meal. For a quick lunch, Slice Pizzeria offers a great selection of different pizza pies and for dessert, you can pop over to the famous Duck Donuts in the same shopping center to enjoy a warm doughnut. For an outdoor adventure, head to Kitty Hawk Kites to try hang gliding, kiteboarding, or other fun water sports. The Wright Brothers National Monument is also nearby for the history buffs in your group. If you love fishing, be sure to head over to T.W.'s Bait & Tackle to get some gear and head out on the beach or a local charter to try your hand at reeling in the big one.
