The condo was nicely decorated and felt homey. We were close to the beach with a beautiful view of the nicely manicured landscape around the pool area, the pool and a beautiful view of the ocean. All from our private balcony.I would definitely stay again. Thank you Steve

The condo was great for our needs. Loved the view from the balcony. The only suggestions would be to post the parking fee right in the listing and offer a coffee maker in the condo.

Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy and everything clean. All the Ryson kits were terrific to make sure we had everything. We had to make changes to our original booking because of bad weather and once Candace was my contact person it got handled quickly. She was great.

The absolute perfect location- perfect view of the pool and beach from both the living room and bedroom. Absolutely no noise whatsoever from the seawall blvd. Very comfortable bed. If I had to critique anything it would be the cracked tiles in the bathroom and possibly update the wall art and small decor. Leather sofa and recliner were very comfortable. Would recommend extra pillows. The last Dawn condo we stayed at had a binder with local restaurant suggestions and menus and info on areas of interest. That would have been helpful, but the condo and its location trumps any criticisms I had. We will definitely be rebooking this condo in the near future.

Great location at the Dawn with ocean view and pool view, but not so close to the road to be annoyed by car noise. Easy parking and check in. Nice chairs on the balcony, making it a nice place for morning coffee. AC dealt with the heat and humidity outside and my son liked the bunk beds.

Pros: Beautiful, well-kept property and pools. Spectacular view supersedes any negative comment listed below. Great location. Secure and convenient parking. Well-furnished unit. Comfortable king bed. Friendly staff. Cons: Unit needs new flooring — cracked crumbling tile/grout. No working vacuum to combat sand. Bathtub needs updated. Patio door is difficult to open and doesn’t lock. Property fitness center could also use a little updating. The Nordic treadmill is dangerous.

Clean room, host communicated well, good ocean view, nice clean pool. Supplies are limited. If you’re staying for a week bring your own toilet paper and dish soap. Also if you have kids be careful the tv is just sitting on the edge of a tv stand that is doesn’t fit in.

Perfect location

This little condo was a perfect little place for the two of us. We stayed for a week and it is a clean and very quiet area with easy beach access. Kitchen supplies were limited, but worked for what we needed. Check in was a bit of a nightmare. A map of the property and parking would be a game changer for check in. Especially for anyone arriving after dark.

Best Waterfront Condo with Amenities for the money

I had stayed down street at Victorian usually but this was much nicer floorplan, furnishings, view straight to Gulf and overlooking awesome pool and large hot tub off pool. Complex even includes another complete pool and hot tub area. And unit itself had gorgeous 4 poster kingsized bed, all amenities and even washer and dryer. I'll do it again.

It was ok. Great view.

The bed was super hard. The closet had two bunk beds in it and that is just creepy. It was very hard to open the armoire bc it would hit the bed. The view of the pool and ocean is beautiful. The place I will say was very clean but the bedroom was just very awkward.
The bunk bead in the closet was creepy. Who would put people in a closet to sleep. There has to be another way to do this.
This was the “closet” and the size of it and the bed was hard to get things in without hitting the bed post.
The most beautiful view. The absolute best thing about the whole place.

Beautiful Condo

I loved the layout of the condo and the furnishings were beautiful! My only complaint is that there was only One Mirror in the unit and that was over the bathroom sink! As a women this is a item that is needed or required! LOL

Nice place on the Seawall

Nice 1 bedroom condo with beautiful view. Location is good near a Walmart and not too far from restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and there’s a large closet to keep your stuff out of the way. Kids were comfortable on the sofa bed. Well appointed with cooking implements. Note that parking is a separate fee. We missed that at first, and were threatened with towing if you don’t go to the complex office to register and pay for a parking pass- even though you’re given a code for the gate by the rental company. That was disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Just know to go.
