It was a beautiful place to stay! Our son just moved nearby and this was so convenient! It was well stocked and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was close by and beautiful overlooking the golf course. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly as advertised and very clean, check in was without a hitch. The proximity to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter is perfect, a few short steps away.

The pool excellent and not crowded. A few issues: 1. I accidentally packed a small battery powered plastic alarm clock 3"x4"when we left. (let me know if you would like to have me mail it back). 2. The Keurig coffee maker appeared to be past needing descale and was not usable. 3. Somehow we missed any notification that there were no elevators. Since my wife and I had mobility issues it took a couple days to get all our luggage up the steps but perhaps more importantly, as the sidewalk turns from the bottom of the steps there is on additional cement step. I would suggest asking the management company to paint the front edge as my wife did not notice it and lost her balance necessitating a trip to hospital emergency. She is OK now.

Hi Jerry Thanks so much for the feedback. I really wish you would have contacted me while you were staying so that I could have addressed these things immediately. The unit is on the 2nd floor, no elevator and that is noted in the listing. We would have been happy to be there to greet you and help with the luggage. Please keep the clock. I have descaled the Keurig and it is now working. Again I wish I knew so that we could have addressed immediately. I am glad to hear that Barbara is ok now. I will take your advice about the step to the management office. We pride ourselves on offering a great experience so we value the feedback and hope to see you again in the future. We have other units at the same complex that are on the ground floor.

Waste Management Open trip

Highly recommend. Great location. Pool & hot tub were great. Was planning to walk to Waste Management Open but a golf cart shuttle appeared as we started walking & for 40 (4 in our group) dropped us off. Walking distance to Kierland Commons which has nice restaurants and shops.

Wonderful spot and easy access to a lot of what Scottsdale has to offer. I was so happy to see a fully stocked kitchen - not just pots and pans but olive oil, salt, spices, etc., everything you need to actually cook but never have when you arrive at a rental property. Complex was quiet and peaceful. If you are sensitive to light and want to sleep in, you might have to get creative with a dark sheet over the blinds. Clean, lots of space, and everything worked great. Will definitely return here if I wander back this way!

TOP QUALITY. This host understands the little details. As you walk around inside, so many little details were carefully considered. And, I was looking for a quiet place because I'm a light sleeper who goes to bed early... this place was indeed quiet. It has a nice view overlooking the golf course and although one reviewer said it was steps to the pool, note that there is another building between this unit and the pool so we heard no noise from the pool, either. The unit appears very new and was built well. It's conveniently located to shops and the neighborhood is new/upscale. To top it off, the host was very kind to us when we messaged for something. I would gladly stay at this unit again.

Very nice and comfortable stay, but for a few items

The unit was difficult to find when we first arrived after dark.Our only complaint was a few convenient stocking items were missing: box or two of Kleenex and a bar of soap.The entry door latch and lock needs service and should be repaired. Please use a more secure code for safety. There is no lock-safe to lock valuables and we did not feel great about the easy access to open the unit. Some of the blinds need service to easily open and close.

We provide all of the basic essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and usually a bar of soap so I am sorry if you did not get one. We have had this unit for a couple of years and this is the first that I have heard of an entry door lock and latch issue so we will look into this further. This is a very secure unit and complex with security gate at the entrance to the complex as well as nighttime security watch. We are located in one of the safest and most upscale communities in all of Scottsdale and have never had an incidence, so I am sorry to hear that you did not feel safe.
