We have been staying in VRBO condos in Florida, mostly the FMB area, since 2007. This condo has been among my favorites! We stayed for a week in 2/2026. From booking to exit the hosts were very helpful and communicative. The condo is renovated, beautiful kitchen, comfortable bed. Perfect size for a couple. Walkable to Santini Plaza, which has a cute market on T/Th, liquor store, and also has an amazing Italian restaurant, Legno. Highly recommend!

Wine at Legno across the street from condo. Their lasagna and clam linguini were CHEFS KISS!

Small but everything you need including beach chairs and small cooler which we didn’t know they had!! Just wish we knew about the construction with them filtering the sand.

Vacation in Paradise

The property was exceptional,outstanding view of the ocean, private beach close by, swimming pool, and very comfortable condo that was well equipped with all the necessary items for an enjoyable stay!

Hello everything was clean and nice .

Laura's place was very beachy and nice and clean. The view was nice you had the Gulf side. And the bay on the other side. We were happy with our stay.

Quite get away

Condo was very nice and Laura was amazing. If you are looking for a quite get away this is the place for you. Pool and gulf were beautiful. At times, we were the only ones in the pool or at the beach. The area is still under construction from the hurricane, so there is nothing within walking distance from the condo. We had a great trip!

Three week winter get-away

This is our 2nd stay at Estero Beach & Tennis Club & our longest. We love the location & this property because of it's access to the beach, property condition & it's on the less travelled end of the island. This unit is also in good to excellent condition and has all the amenities. The owner, Bobby Cox, was prompt in getting all the information to us that we needed to get into the unit. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Condo

We were the first to stay in this condo after it had been renovated. It was perfect for us. Highly recommend a stay here for a couple. It did have a pull out sofa which would accommodate two children or adults. It was stocked with beach items and everything else you could possibly need during your stay. Laura was a great host and emailed back quickly when we had any questions. There was construction going on during our two week stay, but we knew that was going to happen, and honestly it was not an issue for us at all.

Amazing Condo!!

The condo was perfect! It was fully stocked and well equipped. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all! No streets to cross, just the backyard. The beach is quiet and relaxing. The sand was powdery soft and the water was warm and calm. We met a couple and the husband was doing some sand sculpting which was pretty neat. The sea life was amazing! While we didn't get to see any dolphins, we did encounter crabs, mollusks, sand dollars, etc! We will definitely be back next year!!

Home Away From Home

My young children and I had a fabulous experience at Laura and Dan’s condo. It was a spacious studio that was extremely comfortable and had all of the accommodations one could ever need. The furniture was in great condition, and the bed was a firm mattress that left me without any backaches. The bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (except food, of course), and there were plenty of pool and beach toys for the kids. The view from the balcony was spectacular and looked just like it did in the pictures. Laura was extremely welcoming and provided plenty of options for dining and recreation, helping me navigate the city with ease. She was helpful and available both before the trip began and throughout our stay. I have stayed at several other condos while vacationing in various parts of the U.S., and this experience by far tops the list of best places to stay. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

Hurricane Disaster

I was scheduled to stay at the resort during my fall break, which also coincided with the hurricane. Initially, the host responded when I inquired about their safety. However, after several months of trying to communicate with the host, she has not responded to my inquiries about a refund or about honoring a future stay. I have read many posts from other people whose host reimbursed them their money since the resort was closed from the damage and nobody was allowed on the island.

The unit is gorgeous, but...

The unit itself was perfectly clean and updated. However, we learned the day that we would arrive that there would be painting of the building and no access to the balcony. We understand that the owners and managers have no control over when this happens. Even worse, was the opaque plastic put on all windows so that we could not even see out and experience the incredible view, until halfway through our stay when it was removed. Again, no fault of the property manager, but still a huge bummer that we were not prepared for. The area is still recovering from the hurricane and the property grounds reflect that. We still had a wonderful time, especially walking the beach at sunset.

Could not stay due to smell

I’ve not had issue with a VRBO property before thus stay and I’ve used the site many times. I immediately noticed a very odd sour smell when I entered the unit. I opened the sliding door and window and began to unpack. I had a headache from the smell by the time I finished unpacking and contacted the owner. She said that it would take at least an hour for she or her husband to arrive. Because I was having a physical reaction to the smell I let her know that I would need to find other accommodations, something that needed to be found ASAP as it was late afternoon and I needed a 7 day stay. I requested a full refund. The owner husband texted asking if I was at the unit. I kept all text communication. I let him know that I had left to find other lodging. They denied a refund. And then contacted Vrbo. The first Customer service person dropped my call and sent an email follow up. I called again and was referred back to the first operator who never returned my call. I spoke to a different Customer service person who said they would do research. This was followed by an immediate email saying that the case has been closed so no research coukd have taken place. I was asked if I had taken pictures of the unit and The owners suggested I hadn’t been in the unit, even though I had moved some chairs from the closet and left paperwork on the counter.. In the end, I was left paying for two locations with no back up from VRBO. I’m very disappointed in both the condo owners and VRBO.

Warning! Scammers exist! When prospective tenant starts asking for a refund immediately, something is up. We physically went to the unit, with the property manager to check out the "potential" problem. No problem with the unit or building. Took a picture inside the unit with the manager to show 3rd party validation. Contacted tenant via phone and text but she refused to call back. Contacted VRBO with the proof and VRBO would not refund the stay. We've had calls from tenants before for various small things. They were always fixed and the tenants grateful for the quick response. Using a "smell" as a ploy for a refund is very creative. Owners BEWARE!

Hidden Gem

This was a wonderful surprise for us. It allowed us to “beach hop” every day! Sunrises and sunsets from the 11th floor were stunning. We will be back! (What made it more appealing was the fact that the owner, Laura, answered our email inquiries immediately.)

Beautiful Condo with Great Location

Saying here was easy from start to finish. Made reservation online and Laura contacted me with all of the info for when I arrived. The condo is so cute! Freshly painted with all new linens, comforter, sheets. Wonderful balcony with chairs and small table, perfect for reading and morning coffee. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of . Condo is a studio so not large but nice and clean and perfect size for a couple. Bathroom is large and has huge full length mirror which is handy. And best of all it is right on the beach, which was perfect! Has a nice warm pool too! Beach chairs and towels in the condo. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return 😎

Relaxation on the beach

Location, location, location. Steps to the beach. Across the street from restaurants and CVS. Accommodations were comfortable. Very similar to a studio apartment with a partition you can pull over to separate the living space. Fully equipped kitchen although we didn’t eat in at all. One issue was brought to the owners attention and was taken care of within hours. Would absolutely come again.

Excellent location

This is our second time staying at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. It’s a very quiet part of the island, including the beach. The beach is large, clean, and very close to the condo. The pool is kept very warm (88°), and is well kept and clean. The condo owner was very helpful and communicated well. We will certainly be back.

Very Nice

Found the place to be very nice and it's location right on the gulf was really nice. There are stores and restaurants all within walking distance and the main tourist area was only about 4 miles north. Would defiantly stay there again.
