Please note I will re-design this apt on June 1! All amenities stated in the listing will be included. This is a rare opportunity to stay in the middle of Boston's distinguished North End âLittle Italyâ with easy access to all of Boston. Situated 5 minutes from the Old North Church, TD Garden (Bruins/Celtics), across from a public park, and Bostonâs Best Italian Restuarants. This centrally located allowing easy access to begin any journey around Boston, whilst being in the history of it all.
The space
- 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath located across the street from a public park, minutes from historical Old North Church, just steps to famous Hanover Street, the Waterfront, and Downtown Boston, and TD Garden (where the Bruins and Celtics play), it is walking distance to all other neighborhoods of Boston.
- The condo is located on the second floor of a brownstone, making access easy (the bedrooms are located in the back of the building, and are quiet). Only four steps to access the buildingâs entry way and about 10 steps to the second floor.
CONDO DETAILS:
-KITCHEN/LIVING AREA is combined, featuring all kitchen items needed to cook, a sofa/sofa bed, and flat screen television equipped with Roku.
- BEDROOMS 1 & 2 feature a queen size bed, blackout curtains, nightstand, a closet, a sitting chair, and a window A/C during the summer time.
- KITCHEN features refrigerator / freezer, a gas stove and oven, microwave, and standard coffee machine.
- BATHROOM, features tile floors with shower
- This condo comfortably accommodates 1-5 people
BUILDING DETAILS:
- The building is located in Bostonâs historic North End on a quiet street
- There are stairs needed to access your apartment.
- The building has the perfect location - 2 blocks to Hanover Street, the Waterfront and the Freedom Trail, and only a 5- to 10-minute walk to some of Bostonâs most famous attractions, including Quincy Market / Faneuil Hall, the Aquarium, and TD Garden (home of the Bruins and Celtics)
- The closest MBTA stops are both 0.4 miles away (9 min walk) at the Aquarium Subway Stop (Blue Line) and Haymarket Station (Green & Orange Line)
- Several public garages are located around the corner from the building: message me for details
- Taxis, Uber, Hubway Bikes, and the MBTA are the easiest forms of transportation as a car is not recommended.
-Coin operated laundry is in the basement

- Building front door features keyless lock and your apartment has its own lock box.
-Message me for parking options. Garage is on the same street. Bikes, ubers, and walkable location. Taxis, Uber, Hubway Bikes, and the MBTA are the easiest forms of transportation as a car is not recommended.

000. Please note I live upstairs, any smell of smoke or sounds of partying would terminate your stay immediately without refund.
00. If you have any problems or if neighbors complain call me and mediate over the phone or in person.
0. . If you need to smoke, please go out to prince street and people watch to smoke. Hanover Street has a cigar/cigarette/hookah bar, too!
1. Quiet hours between 9pm-9am.
2. Please be kind to sheets and towels, generally pick up upon checking out.
3. Put trash in the trash can in the kitchen. If you are staying for more than a few days and have trash in excess of the wastebasket, tie it up and contact me.
4. Pets under 15 pounds are ok, please get approval prior to booking.
5. Please keep thermostats on the low side, the apartment tends to get and stay very warm. 50° on the thermostat is typically 68° in the space. The heaters are baseboard electric - Keep items away from the baseboard to avoid fire.
6. Please leave keys in the apartment lockbox at all times, unless you are home. You are the only person who has the lockbox code. Due to high amount of keys being lost by guests, if you lose a key there will be fee charged to your Airbnb account.
7. Please reserve baby crib/pack n play and extra sheets in advance
8. If you are interested in extending your stay in advance or after checkout, please let me know as soon as possible.
9. Leave a nice review, and I'll leave you one too. Remember, by giving me the opportunity to fix any things that may rub you the wrong way during your stay, we part happy and I'll remember you positively for that.
