This home does not skimp on CHARM. From the moment you walk into our thoughtfully decorated Alaskan home, we want you to feel welcome!

The home is equipped with one king bed (master bedroom), two queen beds (each in their own separate bedroom), and two twin beds (both placed in one bedroom). Additionally, we've provided an extra sleeping option (for a total of 6 beds in the home) with a foldable roll-away twin bed (and memory foam mattress) - we'll let your group play ‘rock, paper, scissors’ for who sleeps where!

If you want to "work from home," we've provided many ways to make your work pass by quickly! The home features the latest internet technology with a 2-gigabit internet connection, coupled with a super fast WiFi 6E Router.

Or, if you're lucky and are truly on vacation, you can completely disconnect by relaxing with a cup of coffee, cocktail, or a bowl of popcorn while enjoying the great Alaskan outdoors outside on the home's spacious deck.

Sure, eating at any one of Anchorage’s renown restaurants is fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to help you cook your crew a delicious Alaskan dinner!

While the home is equipped to host 10 people, we think the perfect group size is 7-8. We're happy to host all 10, but keep in mind it is a little cozier as it's a 2100 square foot home.

We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All of the bedding and linens are laundered between each new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized during each cleaning.

As our guests, you will have full access to the entire house, including the attached two car garage, except the storage room/space under the stairs. Don't worry though, this is where we keep extra supplies and cleaning products for our awesome house cleaning team!

This means you are free to use any of the common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces as you see fit. Please make yourself at home and let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable!

We do have stairs! To access our home, you'll need to be able to climb up a few stairs before arriving at the front door. From there, you'll need to climb a flight of stairs to enter the main living area of the home, as the kitchen, living room, and dining area are located upstairs on the second level.

Safety is important! In order to maintain the safety of our home for our guests, we've installed a security camera floodlight at the front of the home. Please note this device records continually 24/7 when motion is detected. The neighborhood is very safe, but we take this extra security precaution for peace of mind for ourselves and our guests.

Weather Advisory and Driveway Access! Vehicles equipped with AWD or 4x4 are advised during the winter season. We do have a semi-steep driveway. During the summer months, guests should not have any problem with the terrain. And while it's not 100% necessary for the winter months, we do highly encourage vehicles with more traction. Please note: We do not refund based on weather or snowfall.

Alaskan Critters!! Welcome to the Great North! Occasionally, you may see a Moose roaming the neighborhood. While they are adorable, it's best to not touch or go near them. They are very cute and may look hungry, but do not feed them! Please, be sure to keep extra distance during the spring calving season. Mother moose are extremely protective of their calves and will chase you down! If you do encounter a momma moose and her kids, please just give them some space; they will mosey on their way in time :)
