Our home provides fantastic proximity to both Asheville's brew and food scene and the local outdoor adventures on our rivers and mountains. We take pride in providing an intimate space both inside and out by merging beautiful landscaping and modern comforts. Our guests love to experience the nearby attractions and then come home to unwind around the fire pit, in the yard, on the deck, or in our inviting living room.

Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of parking in the gravel driveway for your entire group. The home is entered from the front door, just a few steps through the garden from our driveway. The two benches (one is a rocker) on our front porch provide an excellent area for sitting and enjoying nature with a coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Entering the property through the front door, you will discover yourself immersed in our luxuriously built home with hardwood flooring and thoughtful artwork and decor throughout.

LIVING ROOM:

You will walk into our open floor-plan living area as you enter the home. The living room seats five on mid-century modern luxury couches and chairs. A cozy electric 'fireplace' provides warmth while conversing or enjoying the large smart TV with HBO/Netflix/Hulu/Prime included.

MODERN KITCHEN:
The living room space opens to the contemporary kitchen. An oversized island with a butcher block countertop gives seating space for five on our bar stools. Our guests enjoy preparing a home-cooked meal in this fully stocked kitchen while gathering around the island to share delicious food, beautiful drink, and great conversation.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are off the kitchen and living area, on the left side of the house. This intimate bedroom gives plenty of space to move around and contains a seating area for lounging or getting ready. A dresser, nightstands, and full-length mirror give all the comforts and convenience of home.

The en-suite bathroom gives plenty of space for getting ready, with a huge double vanity and a beautiful tile-walled shower/tub combo.

OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM:

The second and third bedrooms and shared full bathrooms are on the right side of the house. Our guests love the privacy and separation provided by having bedrooms on both sides of the home!

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress and a small library of books.

Bedroom 3 serves as a unique space for both sleeping and working. A queen-sized Murphy bed easily folds up to open the room into a space perfect for yoga (yoga mats provided!). A comfortable and stylish desk and chair are available in the room to provide a dedicated workspace for those who need it. Our high-speed WiFi ensures you can always stay connected, whether for work or play.

The bathroom sits between both bedrooms and provides a shower tub combo and well-sized vanity.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The back deck, accessible from the kitchen, opens to a beautifully wooded backyard. Guests love to enjoy a family meal at the outdoor dining table, which seats six. We provide a propane grill so you can enjoy some outdoor cooking if you desire! To the deck's right, you will see the firepit area, thoughtfully appointed with six chairs. We provide a starter pack of firewood and all the fixins you need for a fun evening of making s'mores!

A brand-new shed houses some yard games such as corn hole and a jumbo jenga in an uncluttered and clean space. It also has room for at least four bikes if you are coming to the area to enjoy the incredible cycling we offer! The shed is lockable, so you can have confidence in storing any personal items you bring.

✔ Our home has a washer and dryer, an ironing board, and an iron for your use. Detergent is available.

✔ We provide essential paper goods and consumables - paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponge, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and local honey are included.
