Tee to Sea - Villa 54 is the new fully renovated BHI retreat that has it all - with everything new inside and both water and spectacular panoramic golf course views. Sit on the sofa and watch golfers score and croquet matches won. The upper deck will lure you to be on the lookout for dolphins and tankers. The sunsets are gorgeous.
This Villa is the perfect couple’s getaway, girls’ weekends, and great for family vacations. The villa has two master suites, with king beds, en-suite bathrooms with gorgeous new showers. The upstairs bedroom has a full bed and one twin with a private full bath. It also includes an upper deck for sunbathing and water views; perfect for viewing those amazing BHI sunsets. This villa has been totally renovated and decorated to be a five-star hotel experience. The new open kitchen that connects to the family room provides for great entertaining and family time together. You will find it fully stocked to lure the gourmet cook to create great meals and memories for your family and friends.
The open floor plan that connects the Kitchen/Dining/Living room provides plenty of space to allow everyone to socialize and gives you open access to the deck for outdoor dining. Sunset views in the evenings are amazing. Villa 54 is in a prime location on Bald Head Island. Only 1 mile from the ferry landing, and steps away from both the beach access and the Bald Head Island Club. The lower deck is fully furnished and gives you even more space for relaxing and entertaining. The villa is also well situated in the complex with a large open area in front for the children to play and enjoy the evenings while cooking is being done on the BBQ grill.
To get around the island, Villa 54 has TWO GOLF CARTS - one holds 6 people and the other holds 4. This fully appointed villa provides beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella. You are just steps away from one of the best beaches in NC. You will also find a washer and dryer with laundry supplies, iron board and iron, vacuum, flashlights, and a first aid kit. A first night amenities kit provides a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish and hand soap, shampoo and bath soaps.. The bedrooms have luxury hotel-grade linens and towels.
We have a professional property management team who live full-time on the island to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They will share their island knowledge to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable.
Villa 54 is adjacent to the BHI Club which features a George Cobb Award-Winning Designed, 18-hole golf course. It also includes a resort aquatic center, along with 4 tennis courts, pickleball, a playground, a short-grass recreational area, a workout facility, multiple swimming pools, a water slide, a croquet course, and casual and fine dining.
Bald Head Island is only accessible by boat or by ferry, which departs frequently out of Southport, NC. Southport is 40 min. from the Wilmington, NC (ILM) airport. A tram ride to the villa is included with your ferry ticket. Reservations are required and can be made by email or by phone at. Visitors and residents travel around the island by golf cart, bike on foot.
