This professionally decorated home is the perfect place to join friends and family to experience the best Bend has to offer. Light and bright, this home boasts plenty of space on the first floor for entertaining and gathering. With a living room, family room, two fireplaces, dining area and kitchen; there is room for everyone, while still sharing time together.

Ideal for getting plenty of rest on vacation, the bedrooms are on the second floor. The Master bedroom features a king bed with Ensuite bath - a dual vanity, walk-in closet, soaking tub and a stall shower. There are two other king bedrooms as well. The large 4th bedroom is the perfect kid spot with two twin over full bunks and plenty of space for all the kids to hang out and have their own space. The second floor includes a laundry room, so cleaning up after your Bend outdoor adventures is a breeze.

Outside enjoy the wraparound front porch, pergola-covered composite rear deck, beautifully landscaped yard, and private hot tub.

Perfect weekend getaway!

My friends and I visited for a long weekend and were so impressed with both the property and the property manager! The house was gorgeous, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The manager made sure to check in with us about anything that we needed and was extremely quick with communication. We will definitely be back sometime!

House was great. Very clean, nice beds, furniture etc. very comfortable.Several issues. The front door lock was not functional and we needed to exit the back door. However the back door was difficult to close and lock.

Wonderful home but nasty neighbors

Everything was really great except for the neighbors. They complained that we were in the hot tub 20 minutes past 10pm. We were not loud or playing music. It’s truly unfortunate that the neighbors are ruining the guest experience. Lovely place otherwise.

Amazing house!

Heads up! The rental agreement contract comes via email from another company, not Vrbo so I missed the email and had a harder time checking in, my bad though. Other than that, the house was perfect for 7 of us, all adults. There was a bed for everyone (I’m 5’7 and was able to sit upright on the top bunk). Plenty of seats and parking! The hot tub was a huge hit, especially with snow on the ground! Enough bathrooms and space for 7 females to get ready together! The house was stocked with games, tvs, and toiletries which was a blessing! The location was beautiful and we had no issues with the neighbors unlike other reviews. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay - loved the house and the neighborhood. Easy to get to trails and to our favorite parts of town. Our only issue was with the WiFi which had a bad incoming signal, but the Arrived team had people out to address it immediately, and the issue was fully resolved so it won't be an issue for any future visitors.

Beautiful Home!

We had an amazing time. The house and neighborhood was immaculate. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. Tons of towels, lots of supplies in the kitchen. Great coffee maker and appliances. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. The backyard was well-kept, and the hot tub was clean and HOT. The sweet touches like folded blankets across the beds and little stamps on the tissue paper corners made it extra fun. Had a great time and would absolutely recommend this host.

Lovely house in a suburban neighborhood

Lovely house in a suburban neighborhood - well appointed. Lots of room for everyone and good for our multi generational family trip. Be aware that this is in a neighborhood and not a party house (although the hot tub was nice and ready to go). Very good communication with the host/owner. Fairly easy drive to Mt. Bachelor, High Desert Museum, Wanoga Snow Play Area, Redmond Airport. Would have liked more hard copy information on area, but WiFi was great and easy to get connected. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent home for a quiet getaway

We had an excellent time at this property! I wish we would’ve know that there were strict quiet hours starting at 9pm compared to the city mandate of 10pm as this was an issue one night while we were outside until 9:30pm. There was quick communication with the property host and all was clarified easily and respectfully. Would recommend for anyone as long as you are ok with the quiet hours!

Allergy Free and So Comfortable

We picked this listing because it was no pets. I have severe pet allergies and this house was so clean and free of any pet dander. I walked around barefoot and did not have ANY reaction. Such a beautiful, roomy and well stocked house. The hot tub was great and the backyard was in the shade and very quiet. Great stay, we will definitely return!

The property was perfect. However, we discovered that the hot tub was extremely low on water (below the jets) and there were dirty towels left in the washing machine. We notified management, "Arrived", soon after we got there. Their response was quick. Their action to correct was not. They brought clean towels, failed to pick up the dirty ones, and never came to check on the hot tub. We eventually gave up contacting them and added water to the hot tub ourselves.

Awesome Home!

This home was absolutely perfect! I was concerned that it would be to far out of town. However it was within 6 minutes, max. We also enjoyed how close we were to everything else, like atv's and Cascade Lakes Highway. The pictures and description of this house do not do it justice. It's so spacious and comfortable. I guess the only complaint we could have is for noise. This house has a very strict noise policy. However, we were beat and in bed by 10 most of the time. You can't use the hot tub etc past 10, so just keep that in mind. Other than that, Arrived has done a great job with their rentals and I will always use them when I can! Especially this home, I can't say enough about how nice of a time we had because of having good accommodations!! Thank you arrived!!!

This house is in a very walkable neighborhood with lot’s of family houses. The rooms were spacious and gave us plenty of options for the kids to play. Nice to have access to a garage and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home!

Absolutely perfect vacation and home!

We had a wonderful time in Bend at Shevlin. The home was immaculate, extremely clean, well maintained and very well stocked. The layout was perfect for a large family with two great rooms on the main and a centered kitchen. All the couches and blankets were super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed from coffee, blender, tons of dishes including kids dishes, etc. The large fenced backyard made it easy for the kids to play without having to worry about them. Hot tub was amazing on a cold snowy day. The upstairs kids bunk room was enormous and the kids loved playing in the bean bags and watching movies together. We walked to Discovery park every day and the Grove for ice cream and food. The management was extremely quick to respond with anything we needed. We will absolutely rent again, this is the perfect home in a fantastic area of Bend. Thank you so much!
