Welcome to Sweet Serenity! A newly renovated modern beach house that comes with an endless amount of amenities including all your beach needs and a large brand new HEATED Hybrid Pool that has room for the whole family. Just pack your clothes & we will provide the rest. This home is perfect for your family vacation w/ a very open layout, tons of beach decor to get you in that island mood & 3 large bedrooms. Located in a quiet family friendly neighbourhood, a short, less than 10 min walk 2 beach!



The Space:

Come enjoy our new, HEATED HYBRID POOL! With this above ground pool, you get the best of both worlds. It is about the size of two large hot tubs put together and due to economical size during the cool winter months it can be heated all the way to 104 degrees at no additional cost! Then remains a refreshing temperature during the summer months and can still comfortably fits 8 adults (technically suited for 10) and has room to move around or swim against the jets, it will give your family countless hours of endless fun with it's many different jet features, waterfall and lights. It also has a bar with four barstools as well as a large umbrella, perfect for spending the day in the backyard if you don't feel like walking to the beach! Also provided outback are lounge chairs with umbrellas, Weber BBQ grill and a cornhole! The Swim Spa/Pool also has a cover to help keep it crystal clear! If you are travelling with kids we can even lock the cover to the spa and leave a copy of the key for adults to open so kids have no access when locked and covered.



This vacation home is located a short less then 10 minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach. In addition, the world famous Clearwater Beach is only a short 10 minute drive from the house as we are on the North side of Indian Rocks Beach.



Once you walk in, you will fall in love with Sweet Serenity. Inside the home you will find a ginormous deep couch that you will just sink into and never want to get up. The living room also features a very large TV. High speed internet and cable TV through Spectrum are provided as well as ROKU TVs for all your streaming needs. We also provide some board games for the kids.



The kitchen is huge and has plenty of room to prepare a home cooked meal or to just hang out at the island. Pots, pans, spices and all your essential cooking needs are provided. We also provide plenty of beachy serving ware to host those large family dinners.There is also a new Air Fryer/Toaster Oven counter top combo that is amazing! You can bake, broil, toast, grill and fry. There is also a Coffee bar set up with all your coffee needs. Grab a mug and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or grab a compostable togo cups to take with you.



Sweet Serenity features three bedrooms featuring two luxurious king beds, one full sized bed and two twin beds all bedrooms have very spacious walk in closets. Each bedroom also has a Roku TV with cable and other streaming apps. There is also enough room on the couch for two children or adults to sleep comfortably. The couch is so deep, it's basically the size of a twin mattress, if not bigger.



Working from home? We have high speed internet with ethernet cables as hard wired option as well. The kitchen includes a built in desk with a monitor that can be attached to your laptop via HDMI (also included). In addition, the coffee table rises to create another desk in case you want to work in comfort from the couch.



Out back, enjoy the brand new Heated Hybrid Pool, a new Weber BBQ grill, 4 new lounge chairs, umbrellas, cornhole and dinner at the large outdoor patio table. There is also an eight person dining table located inside for dining as well.



If you need to do laundry during your stay there is a Washer and Dryer inside the home, we also provide laundry detergent.



Plenty of parking out front in the circular driveway. Located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood, a short, less than 10 minute walk to the beach with a beautiful park along the way. The park is located about a 5 minute walk from the house. It is called Brown park and has two playgrounds for the kids, basketball and tennis courts. Tennis rackets , tennis balls and a basketball provided. There is also a walk out to the inter-coastal water located at this park and it is a beautiful spot to catch a sunrise if you are early riser.



Besides our goal of making sure you make memories that will last a lifetime. It is also our goal to provide you with everything you need when heading to either beach. We supply Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, beach cart, beach towels, sunscreen, sand toys for the kids and much more coming. We also provide tennis rackets, tennis balls and a basketball for the park.



Around the back of the house is a shed located with these items and many other beach amenities. We also provide tons of other amenities including towels, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, organic spices, organic olive oil, cotton balls, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, extras, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and lots lots more.



We try to make our house as Eco-friendly as possible. We have an all natural laundry detergent that we provide as well as a homemade all purpose cleaner made with all organic ingredients. We try to use organic and recycled paper products whenever available. We almost always offer recycled garbage bags and paper towels.

We are available if ever needed, we have the best handyman in town and he is almost always readily available if anything is ever needed. We try to ensure any issues that may arise during your stay are resolved immediately ensuring you can always enjoy your stay!
