Nice place

Place was nice and clean. Could use more items in the kitchen like pots pans and small appliances. Would also be helpful to have a grill on the back patio.

Great Place!

This property was exactly as listed! Very clean and spacious and located in a great area! Great space for multiple families. Larina the property manager was very prompt in messaging anytime I messaged. I would definitely stay here again.

JUST AS ADVERTISED!! CLEAN, AMAZING COMMUNICATION, PERFECT!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this home!! It was crystal clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. The host, Larina, was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our booking, check-in, and stay. We had an amazing time and would love to come back to this homes or any others managed by her! Such a great time, 10/10 recommended.

The size and location of the house (near to family and a wedding venue) were suitable for our family of five adults. The overall neighborhood is well-tended and quiet, and the house is close to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. However, there were a few issues. Bathrooms and floors/rugs could have been cleaner; some lightbulbs were out in rooms; a wall-mounted TV in the master bedroom is placed so high on the wall its plug didn't reach the electrical outlet below, making it totally useless; the kitchen's toaster and toaster oven are so dirty that they really should be replaced; a floor-level cabinet door (in the hallway leading to the bedrooms) literally came off in my hand as I opened it looking for extra pillows; the inside door handle for the master bedroom closet was just lying on the closet floor; and some of the house's furniture is more suitable for staging/photography purposes than for actual use. And getting hot water to come up - and stay hot - is an iffy proposition at best.

Great location

Beautiful neighborhood, real close to grocery and restaurants, particularly In N Out!! But… it was kind of dirty. Front entry into house, the air vents inside, the carpet, and I was very disappointed that you couldn’t sit on the back patio! Screen door wouldn’t open, and no furniture back there! Other listings for less offered pools and patio sets.

Nice but not well stocked

Overall the listening was as described, and a nice place for a larger family to say. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Down sides- the kids bunk beds had no blankets, the kitchen was lovely but not very well stocked, and the communication wasn’t great. I emailed 3 times (both before our trip and while we were there) asking if it would be possible for slightly later check out. I never received a response to any communication.

Presentable vs Acceptable

In my opinion, the home has been staged very well, and what you see isn't what you get. The homeowners need to come in and make repairs to the broken items and replace those items that are no longer operable. The appearance of the yard should match the photos that have been posted in their advertisement. Renting your home out on a continuous basis is a business and should be treated as such. When I reserve a hotel room, it is the responsibility of the hotel to make sure that every item in that room is in working condition, prior to my arrival and this was not the case for the property owners at 5370 Fulmer Ct and their host. The number of deficiencies that this rental has is an indication that no one is doing a walk-through between rentals to make sure everything is in working order.
