This brand new 3,400 sq. ft. custom-built lodge is a 6-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom amazing property with has breathtaking westerly views of the Black Hills and of Terry Peak! Whether it's you and your friends visiting, a corporate retreat, or a family reunion, this custom-built property has been completely designed from the ground up to give you enough space to spread out and enjoy your Black Hills vacation!

The lodge is located in the Terry Peak subdivision, just a mile from the Terry Peak ski area with it's amazing local skiing/snowboarding and summer events like archery tournaments and more! It's in the heart of the northern Hills recreational corridor, where you can enjoy ATV/snowmobile trails just minutes from the property, great hiking and waterfalls in Spearfish Canyon just 15 minutes away, enjoying a local concert or some gambling in Deadwood just 15 minutes away, or a scenic 1 hour drive down to places like Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Black Elk Peak, Sylvan Lake, and more!

Lookout Lodge is a 3-level cabin with plenty of space on each level for your group to enjoy. As you enter the lodge on the main level, you'll be greeted with a large open living and dining room with large windows to enjoy that beautiful view! It seamless leads into the well-stocked kitchen area with a large island great for entertaining and cooking great meals with your friends and family. There's a dining table with seating for 10, and the kitchen island has 4 more chairs, with comfortable seating for 14. There's a gas fireplace for those nights you want to kick your feet up and enjoy a movie, and a large flat-screen TV connected to internet apps. From the dining room there's a walk-out to the large deck to take in the fresh air and views!

The loft includes a nice seating area with great views out of the living area windows as well! There's 2 bedrooms on the upper level, along with an upper-level walk-out deck so you can take in the view with your morning coffee! You're sure to love this unique and private deck area. The lower level includes 3 more bedrooms, along with a living area complete with a fireplace, TV, and foosball table! From the lower level living area, there's a walk out patio to where you can enjoy the view, or sit under the stars from the hot tub!

There's also parking available around the property for trucks/trailers for those wanting to bring your snowmobiles, ATV/UTVs to enjoy everything the Black Hills has to offer.
