Great getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend right on the beach. The accommodations were just right for us. Loved the large balcony and view of the ocean! Made our visit with my Navy nephew so relaxing and memorable.

Time with Family

The condo location was great for our needs and access to the beach was awesome. I chose this location as we were only 1 mile from a family member that we were visiting. The condo was just ok but needs a deep cleaning, floors were sticky along the with dresser door handles. Overall the condo needs to be updated as it shows a lot of wear and tear over the years.

Great Stay

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great views. Parking was excellent. Very clean. Very quiet section of the beach. Very laid back.

Perfect Place for Us

Ocean Breeze West is well placed on the beach and not too big, or too crowded. Our unit was in great shape - nothing fancy and that was perfect.

Perdido Key Stay

We enjoyed the location and the condo. I do think the condo needs updating and a new mattress in the master. It needs an upgrade in living room seating also. We appreciated the great amount of space though and would recommend the condo complex.

We loved the access to the beach, and restaurants were within walking distance. 2nd floor was great to use the stairs and not need to wait on the elevator. The only drawback was a smell we could not figure out, maybe animals that were there previously. It is a little dated but very clean and well taken care of!

The only problem we had was there was one parking spot. My daughter joined us and had to park at a storage facility five minutes away. Everything else was fine.

Enjoyed our stay

Good location, liked the 2nd floor, could easily use the stairs. Beach was nice, and we enjoyed the pool. We did have a problem, we couldn't get hot water in the master bath, the sink or the shower. There was hot water everywhere else in the condo so I'm not sure what the problem was. We didn't stay long enough to contact anyone about it. The condo was clean and just as pictured.

I have been renting condos for over 25 years and this is my first negative review. My two sisters and I had a two night stay over the Labor Day Holiday. We arrived late Saturday evening to a warm, humid room with an odor. The room remained warm and humid until we left early Monday morning despite the fact that they sent an AC repairman to look at the unit. We were assured it was fixed, but it only got warmer and more humid after he left. We asked for fans and were given two new fans, that needed to be assembled. We had only a butter knife and car keys for tools, but somehow got them both put together. We slept a little better that night, but by 4am, we had had it and decided to clean up and head home. That AC needs to be replaced. The furniture’s is old and tired. The sofa was broken down and dirty. The chair and rug were filthy, stained, and the upholstery was pilling. The beds were clean, but very uncomfortable. There was hot glue used to repair things in the shower, mold grew on the hot glue and dropped in clumps into the tub during showers. When I dried my hair, the blow dryer warmed up the already hot and humid room so I had to take cool down breaks until I could finish my hair. I have never had such an experience as I did in room 202 at the Ocean Breeze condos.The kitchen was neat and clean and the sliding doors slid smoothly on their tracks. We could not enjoy the view because we had to keep the curtains closed to keep additional heat out of the room. AWFUL STAY.

Very noisy with construction going on early am until evening.

Very disappointed in this property. It’s the worse place we have ever stayed. Wake up to the sound of a saw cutting through metal, drills going constantly, horns going off, lots of construction workers and a huge crane over the property. Enjoy the noise from inside the condo, on the balcony and the beach! If that’s not enough enjoy the rats in front of the condo and yes I said big rats! The rental company asked how it was going then I replied and they said they would get back to me but of course they didn’t. The listing sleeps 6 and there were 5 with us but the living room furniture only had room for 4seats. Huge cockroaches outside the unit. The fire alarms were set off twice and we had to evacuate until the fire department came. We were charged a huge price and were taken advantage of. There needs to be a huge refund given. We went to the beach to escape the construction going on at our home only to find we had to listen to it the entire stay. Very disappointed

Condo

No parking pass at check in. I guess they forgot to leave one. Had to chase someone down to get one. So much for paying for early check in when u spend ur first hours making u don’t get towed. Then some man comes trying to get in our condo. Said it was his. That he had rented it. Air conditioner did t work properly. Very warm in the condo the whole stay.
