This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

This home is located on a quiet dead end street minutes from 12 South, Gulch, and Downtown in hot "Music Hill". Melrose is an area in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.
