Outdoor highlights include a fully enclosed Florida room–perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails–and an enclosed patio with a private, in-ground hot tub. You’re steps from the beach, but tons of on-site amenities, including outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis, shuffleboard, and a putting green may keep you close to home.

Inside, you’ll find high ceilings and an open living space, perfect for family time. The chef will love the spacious kitchen, with a full suite of appliances–plus an ice maker and wine fridge–and plenty of counter space for prep. Share these meals at the bar seating, or in the dining room with space for all. The living space provides comfortable furnishings where you can stream your favorite movie or two. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem-there’s another living area upstairs! Central air-conditioning is provided for added comfort as well as a washer/dryer to refresh at the day’s end, leaving another perfect beach day on tap for tomorrow.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
