This space has easy access from the parking lot. No stairs or long driveway. Just park and walk right in.
Also Anoush suite has easy access to the back areas with plenty of seating, a fire pit, gas grill and peek a boo water views!

Our guests all seem to really love Anoush suite. After all it is sweet! Anoush is the Armenian word for sweet.

Other things to note
It’s a very easy location for a get away since it’s walking distance to almost everywhere you would want to go. Restaurants, bars, live music, and shops are right in your neighborhood. Or actually... around the corner, so you can still have a good night sleep.
And just a short walk( about 15 to 20
minutes to the beach.
Bicycle and kayak rentals are just a short walk to get to, sailing excursions also walking distance, golf course and tennis courts just a short drive from us.
Kennebunkport is a town that stays alive all year long! A few places close down for the winter but unlike other vacation resort towns, Kennebunkport is still hopping all year especially on the weekends.
Restaurants, bars, and most shops are still open throughout the year making it a great destination in the off season!
And while you won’t want to lay on the beach in the off season..... it’s still a beautiful place to walk and visit!

Also dogs may be considered on a case by case basis. Guests would have to share information about their dog so that we may make an informed decision and there is a daily pet fee required of 35 fir small dogs and $50 for large dogs.
