Totally renovated 2nd floor Condo with all the luxuries of home located on popular Scenic Highway 98...easy walk to beaches and dining. Gated beach access, a heated pool, tennis. Come enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast!

This condo is located directly across the street from Destin's famous Captain Daves on the Gulf restaurant and a short drive to outlet malls.

This condo is optimal for family as a barn door closes off the 2nd bedroom and bath to a private suite. This suite is perfect for remote school or office with a built in work station equipped with ethernet cable and printer to insure no calls are dropped! This unit features a new renovated custom kitchen with all new appliances and cabinetry as well as large island to accommodate everyone.

Owners are local and respond easily and quickly to any needs. No Smoking or Pets in this unit.

We stayed for a week in August. We loved it here! The little touches from welcoming gifts of snacks and waters to local craft beers were so appreciated! The kitchen was incredible and very well stocked. The condo was a short walk to the pool and the beach. The cherry on top was that we had the pool to ourselves on multiple occasions! I highly recommend this property!

Great all around

Pictures did not do this place justice!! It was super cute and super comfy!! It was very well stocked and great location with a quick walk to the beach and pool. The pool was big and water was warm. Everyone got great sleep on comfortable beds. Hosts were attentive and responded quickly. Our stay was absolutely perfect!!!

This property was amazing and looked just like the pictures! Private beach access was just a few minutes from condo!! Candace and Paul were extremely accommodating through our entire stay! Kitchen set up amazing in comparison to any condo I’ve ever stayed in - appliances top line, every pot, pan, utensil, dish I could ever need! Cabinet with shelves of spices! Any kind of plastic storage container, baggies, etc. you would ever need! Loved location - chairs for beach & umbrella, other beach supplies & a wagon to take them to beach! Bedrooms & bathrooms great, with plenty of towels & supplies ( impressed with toothbrushes in case you forgot )! Chairs on deck comfortable! I could go on & on - my first trip to Destin - loved it & the condo! Will be back!

This is an excellent place to stay. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and more than sufficient in terms of amenities. Candace was very helpful and communicative, especially regarding some questions I had regarding sargassum. We had a wonderful time and hope to make a return trip next time!

Second Trip to Destin

This truly was an amazing property to stay at for a much needed week of vacation. The owners went above and beyond in their communication on not only the features of the house but also on the numerous accommodations and activities around Destin. The house was clean, well organized, and really felt like home away from home. Incredible location! The complex is right across from the gated private beach entrance. Great communication with the host, and they provided some really nice amenities and extras that went above and beyond.They had almost everything you would need that some hosts don't provide, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, coffee, storage plastic bags, beach towels, beach cart, chairs, boogie board, even some soda, snack bars and chips, and even a few adult beverages to get us started. All of this was very considerate and welcoming! The beds were nice and comfortable!The only complaint is little to no plastic plates, bowls or cups, which was tough with little kids. We bought some from Walmart so we could feel comfortable using them/us not breaking anything.
