This space features an open loft feel yet industrial vibe with concrete floors, exposed 10 ft ceilings, and a ton of beautiful natural light that is provided by two 6 X 5 ft windows facing north with unobstructed views of the city. The space can a accommodate a maximum of 30 people.

Located on the 4th floor of the building with unobstructed views of the city. This 900 sqft studio contains large windows which provide plenty of natural sunlight.

Our Studio could be best used for the following:

Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more.


REMINDER: No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged.

ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after.

Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location.

FEES
Every reservation is priced differently depending on how many hrs are reserved:
* 2 hrs = $120 + airbnb fees (2 hrs @ $60)
* 4 hrs = $240 + airbnb fees (4 hrs @ $60), ETC.
* Place is expected to be left as found.
