Please note that because this is a duplex, you may occasionally hear guests in the other unit. We do our best to suppress any noise that travels from one unit to another, but we wanted to make you aware as you make your booking decision!

Enter through the front or rear door and check yourself in with our Schlage keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).

No smoking is allowed in the home or on the premises. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.

Free street parking is readily available. If needed, feel free to park in the private parking spots in the back off the alley.

Great location. Lovely neighborhood. Kitchen adequate for simple meals for two people. Kitchen and bathroom spotless. Bedroom and living room clean - but could use a good dusting of floors and ceilings.

This was our third day at this property, check in with super easy. It continued to provide everything that we needed during our time there. It is definitely on our list of favorite accommodations when we visit the Minneapolis area!

Great Getaway

I had a solo retreat at this property and it was just perfect. So peaceful and simple yet with everything you would need for a great stay. Just two blocks away from all the paths at Minnehaha Falls. Check in and out was super easy and the host was a great communicator throughout. It is a duplex and you can hear a bit near the back entry (this was said in the description), but couldn't hear anyone from the other side throughout the house and even in the bedroom (which is off the back entry). It was a lovely place to stay!

Excellent Choice

We stayed for 8 days while floors were refinished at our home across the river. Everything was as described and our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard. I will recommend this to friends or family who come to town to visit.

This apartment was a duplex , beautiful, very clean. Problem was the people who rented the otherside started banging on our door at 10 pm because they were confused and couldnt find the right door or code and kept hollering..open the door, open the door. Scared us to death.

Super location

We stayed 10 days. Easy Walk to really good restaurants, grocery, public transit, movie theater, and access to many bike trails. Quick drive to both downtown Mpls and St Paul. The property was as described. Bed was comfy soft, a/c worked great, sheets/towels had been laundered with non-scented detergent. No perfume air fresheners. WiFi was fast enough for remote work. Neighborhood was quiet, proximity to airport is easy yet very little airplane noise. We hope to stay here again.

Lovely little place; great communication

This is a lovely, well-kept, clean little home as part of a side-by-side duplex. There were 3 of us: myself and my husband, and my 25 yo son with his dog. My son slept on the couch... not great as it was advertised as "sleeps 3," so we assumed the couch would convert. Sadly, it wasn't a pull-out, but we made do. (This is the sole reason for the 4 stars as opposed to 5.) The dog was happy! There is a well-kept fenced in yard, but be aware it is shared with the neighboring guests in the duplex (our neighbors had 2 dogs of their own, so we had to be courteous and aware). A nice, safe neighborhood for dog walks, and the Minnehaha Park is just a couple of blocks away. Long walks there were great! The place is small... clearly intended for a couple, but we were just fine and even had 2 guests on Christmas morning to open presents! The communication with Andrew was GREAT! He was attentive and exceedingly prompt when we had an issue. (The previous guests had apparently dropped a shot glass down the disposal, which rendered the sink pretty unusable. As it was Christmas, we told Andrew it was silly to pay a plumber... my husband and I worked to make the sink a bit usuable by removing a chunk of the broken shot glass, and improvised with paper plates/utensils. 😊) We'd definitely stay again!

Our stay was fantastic! The place is so cute and it has a fenced in backyard, which was key for us as we travelled with our pups. The location is incredible, a half mile walk to the falls. Lots of local restaurants around, a grocery store, and a liquor store. Easy to catch the light rail/bus, less than a 10 minute walk. It’s a quiet neighborhood and there’s a parking space around back. Easy access to freeways to get in and out of Minneapolis, St. Paul, uptown, etc. Our host was so nice and communicative and wanted to ensure we had the best stay possible. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Fun activities include hiking/running trails at Minnehaha Park, a well-known seafood eatery and bar called Sea Salt, Long Fellow Gardens and an active dog park. The rental is two blocks from Metro Transit with quick access to MSP Airport, downtown, US Bank Stadium, Target Field and more. Ten minute Uber/Lyft from airport. Walking distance from a liquor store, gas station, Walgreens, brewery and three-minute drive to Highland Village Center with many quaint bars and restaurants. Lakes Nokomis and Hiawatha are nearby where you can enjoy the beach, paths around the lakes and rent canoes/kayaks/stand up paddle boards at Wheel Fun Rentals.

At the end of the street is the bus stop and two blocks away is the Metro Transit light rail, so you could get along without a car. If you have a car, there's a private parking spot in the back.
