Villa Casa de Playa will enchant you with its impeccable serene beachy decor in natural tones and ocean inspired motifs. You will find the comforts of home in this pristine villa with designer furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a spacious terrace. The villa features 2 bedrooms (Master suite and a Second suite) and 3 full bathrooms.

The Master suite is furnished with a king size heavenly comfortable bed with lush pillows and duvet cover and spectacular views of the lake and coconut plantation trees. The large en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a spacious shower for two, a bathtub, and private toilet and bidet.

The Second suite is furnished with two ultra comfortable full-size beds with lush pillows and duvet covers, a spacious stand-up shower for two and toilet. Its large window has amazing views of the palm trees and lake.

The comfortable and relaxed open plan living area has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view of the 8th hole, lake and coconut plantation. The French doors provide access to a large terrace where you may enjoy spending time having breakfast, lounging or napping in the afternoon, or having cocktails while watching the Caribbean sunset.

For the chef in the house, the gourmet open plan, state of the art kitchen has GE Profile appliances, and all the amenities you will need to prepare an amazing meal. You may enjoy your meals in the kitchen island's comfy stools or in the adjacent dining table featuring seating for 6.

**Resort Fees and Amenities:**
Please note that a daily Bahia Beach Resort Fee of $200.00 will be charged to all rental guests and covers up to 6 guests in the villa. Day passes grant access to the resort’s amenities: Boat House, Wellness Exercise Center, Beach Club Pool and Driving Range. These outlets have the following amenities.
