This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a bright living room and dining room/sun room that opens to the back deck with a pergola that is perfect for outdoor barbequing and early morning coffee. The private patio has a dining set, string lights, ceiling fan, gas grill and an outdoor shower. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, one with an en suite, and one bedroom features two twin beds, one with a roll out trundle underneath. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa. A large bonus room is included with two pyramid bunk beds for additional sleeping that can sleep 4-6 people comfortably with an air conditioning unit. This bonus room does have a separate entrance right off the back deck. Central AC throughout and bedrooms have ceiling fans. Cable TV in all bedrooms and WiFi are included. 2 bikes are available and garage storage for your additional bikes is available. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and small appliances are included. Two off street parking spaces are provided.
