Unser komplett renoviertes Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil von Cape May und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Meer, dem Hafen und der Innenstadt entfernt. Sie müssen nicht jeden Tag Ihre Strandutensilien packen, unser Haus verfügt über einen abgeschlossenen Stauraum direkt am Strand! Sechs saisonale Strand-Tags stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung.

Mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern und einer Außendusche ist viel Platz für die ganze Familie! Der offene Grundriss verbindet die voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem großen Familien- und Esszimmer. Zentrale Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren im gesamten Gebäude. Genießen Sie die Natur auf der Veranda oder dem umlaufenden hinteren Deck mit Blick auf den privaten, eingezäunten Hof. Unser Haus ist perfekt für alle Altersgruppen, auch für Kinder und ältere Menschen.

Gasgrill, 4 Fahrräder für Erwachsene, WLAN, Waschmaschine / Trockner und ein Reinigungsservice zum Ende der Woche sind im Preis inbegriffen! Sowohl in der Auffahrt als auch in der Straße stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Toller Ort für eine erholsame oder geschäftige Woche am Strand, egal, ob Sie mit der Familie oder mit Freunden reisen.

Die erstattbare Kaution beträgt 500 USD für eine Woche und 300 USD für kürzere Aufenthalte.

perfect Cape May rental

My four adult kids, two year old grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Cape May ranch house. The property was well maintained, with a lovely front porch and back deck with huge awning. Inside was immaculate and spacious, with four good sized bedrooms and three full, modern bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked, as were closets with plenty of paper products, often missing in rentals. A great dining table, and big living room provided nice space for family gatherings. Newer washer and dryer worked well. The house is close to the beach and shops, on a pretty, quiet street with friendly neighbors (back yard Dave supplied us with the most delicious vegetables from his garden!). Notable for families with kids: there were lots of fun toys, and two full sized wooden cribs. Six badges and the beach locker box, as well as four bikes were much appreciated.Communication with owners Carol and Tom was flawless. Their house is highly recommended - we hope to visit again!

Great house!

My overall impression is that the house was fantastic! Super clean and updated. Plenty of space for 3 moms and their 3 girls. It was too cold to sit outside but would definitely do that because the deck and porch were very spacious. Great location and in walking distance to beach and the town. I would look into renting again!

Extremely comfortable, clean, and gracious home!

This was the perfect gathering spot for our group of four women. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for private space as well as a huge living room (with very comfortable furniture), kitchen and dining room area for us to be together. We also loved the outside seating areas, how well equipped the home was, and the convenient location.

Come Home For Easter!

I was born and raised in North Cape May, moved away 2017. We decided to rent a home as our family has gotten much bigger and boy we weren't disappointed! The house was just gorgeous! It is very well equipped with everything needed. All the appliances were up to date and clean. The main master bedroom my gosh was just beautiful! That batbroom! We were able to walk to the mall, playground, biked to the beach front and we were happy to see the trolley comes by and the end of the street. If you don't know that will take yoy to key points around town. We will definitely be staying there again!

Awesome Rental

The property was everything as described. The accommodations were comfortable. Everything you could have needed was available. It would be perfect for a summer rental as the deck and backyard are very nice and the garage had everyou could possibly need for a day at the beach. I highly recommend this property. And thank the owners for providing a great rental.

Home away from home.

The home is well equipped. We didn’t need to run to the store for anything. Everything we needed was there for us to use. The home was spotless when we arrived and spotless when we left. It was perfect for 6 sixty something women. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place and the owners were wonderful when I needed to communicate with them. Hopefully we will be back this time next year. I would highly recommend this home to everyone thinking of going to Cape May. Thanks again to Tom and Carol.

A+ Family Rental

House was simply beautiful, so clean (I’ve never put my personal things away in drawers before) and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and paper goods. Even a crib for our 4 month old grandson and to our 4 year old grandsons delight, toys galore. Loved everything about it. Loved the laundry room, sitting together as a family in the living room and the key pad entry so we didn’t have to worry about who was currently in possession of the key. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Fall Weekend

This is a fabulous property to rent! The (4) bedrooms are great, especially having (2) master baths! The bedrooms are off to the side of the house so it was very private and quiet even with family in the living area. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the family room was a great size and very comfortable with plenty of room for seating. There is a beautiful back yard with a large deck with plenty of furniture. Perfect for our morning coffee and cocktails in the evening. The house is in a great location, walking distance to both the beach and Washington Square. The owners thought of everything to make their guests comfortable with this lovely home! My family will definitely be coming back again soon!!

Felt like home

This home easily accomodated 6 adults and is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but was still within walking distance of the beach, some restaurants, etc. The beachy decor added to the charm of this clean rental. The front porch and back deck are nice places to relax outside as well. It truly did feel like home as soon as we walked in and it made our stay in Cape May very enjoyable!

House Review

The house was clean, with a lovely lay-out. We only used two of the four bedrooms. Spacious, tons of games, toys and equipment for kids. We are seniors and came to see the town, hike and bike. Neighborhood nice and quiet, established, near the beach and well located to the shopping district and restaurants.

We currently live in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania and love to be outdoors and on the beach. We like to bike and dine out and found we can enjoy all of these things, as well as the beach and fishing at Cape May. We love the quaint town and the friendly atmosphere. We spent our family vacation in Cape May for two years and immediately fell in love with the area. This beach town is very family oriented with plenty to do for all ages. The rural neighborhood allows for peaceful rest and relaxation if that is what you choose. Our home is centrally located and within walking distance to the beach, harbor and town without having to deal with parking issues, road noise and crowds.

Our single level ranch home is good for all ages, children through elderly with shower seat and grab bar in one bathroom. It features two large master bedrooms suites (both with a crib) with full baths. There is plenty of outdoor living space with a full wrap around deck with an awning and completely fenced in backyard for a wonderful play area for children. Enjoy a barbeque on the back deck or listen to the ocean while relaxing on the covered front porch.
