Get ready for an incredible vacation at Bayside Bungalow, a home on a canal of Back Bay with water access (via a walk-in launch) and a fishing dock. Enjoy a private, in-ground saltwater pool and a short walk to Sandbridge Beach, where surfing, paddleboarding, and a beautiful stretch of sand await.

The house sits on a quiet, safe cul-de-sac street where your kids can ride bikes or play in the large yard. When you return home from the beach in the afternoons, you can take in beautiful sunsets over Back Bay on one of the two second-floor decks or the pool deck. A covered area under the deck provides plenty of shade while you make use of the outdoor minifridge and gas grill. A walk-in ramp allows you to easily launch your kayak, canoe, or paddleboard on the canal.

The main living area is on the second floor, perfectly designed with an open floor plan for family get-togethers. The kitchen has a large island with barstool seating, while the dining area has a table for eight and spills onto the outside deck with additional seating and a glass table. This deck overlooks the pool area, the canal, and the beautiful morning sunrise.

The living area is furnished with an oversize sectional sofa and an entertainment system with a 60-inch 4K HDTV with streaming capability and a sound bar. Another deck extends outside from behind the sofa facing Back Bay.

The entire house was recently refreshed with new furniture and fixtures and a remodeled bathroom. Each bedroom is decorated to give you and your family a tropical and beachy feel.

In this perfect Sandbridge location, you'll find both seclusion and convenience. The beach is just 1,500 feet away while all the major stores are within a few minutes' drive. If you need something fast, Sandbridge Seaside Market is only one mile from your doorstep.

The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
