Fanta Sea is a wonderfully decorated four-bedroom, four-bath unique corner condo with a private wraparound balcony. Everything in this condo reminds you of the beach! With beautiful decor, plush furnishing and unique additions, we have made this condo a beautiful hideaway of peace and serenity.

As you enter the living area, you are met with an open style floor plan with beautiful decor, plush seating for the whole family, a large screen TV with a DVD player, and private balcony access with wonderful views of the ocean, sand dunes, and the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve. The open floor plan provides the whole family to be engaged with each other whether they are in the kitchen, living, or dining area. The dining room provides luxury with its full-size six-seat stone table and overhead chandelier. Enjoy the local seafood and produce farms in the area for that special gourmet meal or for a speedy snack there are three additional bar stools at the granite kitchen countertop.

The main bedroom with a private bath has a comfortable king bed, large TV with premium cable service, private balcony entrance, and plenty of space for relaxing after a fun day at the beach.

The additional bedroom suites (2 and 3) are all equipped with luxurious queen beds with comfortable plush bedding, TVs with cable service, furniture pieces for storage or relaxing, and plenty of closet space. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have private full bathrooms as well.

Bedroom 4 is designed with the kiddos in mind. There is a twin over full-size bunk bed set. A small sitting chair and of course a TV so they don't miss out on any cartoons! With closet space and an additional bathroom across the hall, there is more than enough room for the family and any unexpected guests.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
