This large (over 5,000 sq. ft. of interior space and over 1,200 sq. ft. of decking) fabulous three-level vacation home has every amenity for you to enjoy! It even offers an elevator with four level access for your convenience! Imagine how easy it will be to unload your groceries or luggage! Imagine bringing the elderly or young and easily moving about this large home! The view is spectacular from multiple wrap-around decks, porches, the pool, the hot tub, and from the floor to ceiling windows! Our world-famous sunsets will leave everlasting memories for years to come.

Only the finest materials were used in the construction of this home. Consider the spacious third-floor well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two dishwashers, with glistening hickory hardwood floors and Signature Omega cabinetry. The beautifully furnished great room has deck access overlooking the large in-ground sport pool and dock. A breezy porch offers additional dining options and a great place for an afternoon siesta or enjoying a cup of coffee. Two bedrooms on the third floor each with private baths include a king main suite and a double queen bedroom. One of the two laundry rooms is located on the third level, with the second laundry room on the middle level.

Four additional bedrooms (all bedrooms have TVs) are located on the second floor, each with private baths. There is a large gathering room with a pool table, TV, mini-fridge, ice maker, and 5.1 Sound System for loads of fun and relaxation. You can access the huge decks from two of the bedrooms, as well as the gathering room. Lots of lounging furniture to take advantage of sunbathing or cooling off from the sun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
