New paint, flooring, furniture inside and on the balcony, custom woodwork, custom artwork, and new light fixtures. All you see is comfort and BEACH, BEACH, BEACH!!! Includes two beach chairs and umbrella for the 2026 season and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun stay! This condo is perfect for spotting dolphins.

The kitchen is updated with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Fully stocked with all the small appliances you need, some of the new additions are Keurig/drip coffee combination unit, blender, and toaster. The dining room has seating for 4 plus the granite serving bar has 3 bar stools.

The Master bedroom features gulf views with direct access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. A king size bed, 58" flat screen smart TV, and a walk-in closet. We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.
