4-bedroom house with 2 1/2 bathrooms including large master bedroom with large bath, kitchen with large Island, living room w/ fireplace, cozy furniture, TV, & new washer/dryer in laundry room with laundry detergent provided. Don't miss out your favorite shows (Netflix), high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and Executives.
We are located near community park with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and much more.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- Please inform to the host of any visitors during your stay.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). $300 fee if you smoke inside of the property.
- Cameras locates at the front and backyard.
-Noise aware located inside of the property.
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season.
-You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

We have a pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door or window is left open.
