Great for our Family!

Property was incredibly clean and well stocked. Plenty of comfy beds and TVs in all the rooms. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook. So great to be able to do laundry while we were there. Property is very well maintained. We rented a golf cart from the management company and it was so convenient to have it delivered to the property. We have been to Port A over 20 times and this was one of the best properties we've stayed at. Highly recommend!

Amazing Amenities

This unit was in a perfect location, right on the middle of the towns attractions. The mgmt team even delivered our golf cart prior to our arrival. Just be prepared to bring Everything…including salt & pepper…and maybe your own coffee maker. But other than that this place was amazing!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. There was something sticky on the floor of the up stairs living floor and something sticky on the table under the tv in the same living room. Also the kitchen and main living for this house is upstairs. We were not aware of that and wouldn’t have stayed here if we had due to my mom having double hip replacement 8 and 10 months ago. Besides those couple of things, we enjoyed our stay here. We really enjoyed mornings on the patio having coffee. We did have to deal with the management company upon arriving due to not being able to get into the garage but they were absolutely amazing and came right over to fix the issue. This is a nice place to stay.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, found the home clean and comfortable, and were able to relax on the patio with your morning coffee—that’s always a guest favorite. We do apologize for the sticky spots you encountered upstairs. That is not the standard we aim for, and we will be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the layout, the listing does note that the main living area and kitchen are located upstairs, but we understand how that setup may not be ideal for all guests, especially with mobility considerations. We’re happy to hear our team was able to quickly assist with the garage issue and get everything resolved for you. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly appreciate it and are glad you had an overall enjoyable stay.

Just about perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best location and place I've stayed so far with the New Wave properties! As I've come to expect from New Wave, everything was super clean and ready for our stay. The only hiccup was that this place has a gas grill, and I had to replace the tank that was empty.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was just as described in write up. Very clean. The location is close to resturants - but be prepared for a 2 hour wait at any of them. Condo set is great - thou the gas grill did not work. Overall good.
