Relaxing beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy off street parking, big kitchen area with all of the plates, utensils, cooking tools, and appliances we needed. Beds were nice and comfortable, bathrooms and living room were clean as well. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and had a great experience.

The property was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was also nice, with a lot of people out walking. It was an easy walk to the beach and the beach wagon to carry it was great. The puzzles and games were also a nice touch.The only thing that I noticed was that the listing showed a hot tub as one of the amenities, but we did not see one on the property. We did not inquire about it, as it was not a huge deal for us. It may have been in one of the garages but, again, it was not a big enough deal for us to inquire about it. All in all, it was a great stay and being able to have the dog stay with us made it even better.

Family vacation

Beautiful unit, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The beds and furniture are all in great shape, kitchen is fully equipped, washer and dryer in unit and a fridge that has a ice machine. Publix foods is about a mile away and the pier to fish off is a short drive with public parking.

2nd year we’ve stayed here, love it. Area is laid back, great restaurants, & the beach is AMAZING!! The hosts are great. One very hot day our code to the lock wouldn’t work. Texted them & they came very quickly to put in new batteries. Very nice people. Going again next year.

Great place to stay excellent location

Completely flawless from beginning to end . Owner was great communicator , housing was spotless , so many little touches were present , to make our stay that much nicer . Location was perfect , although we didn’t spend much time at the beach since we literally did everything we could in st Augustine . One regret was we didn’t stay a day or two longer just to relax . Highly recommend

Great Stay at St Augustine Beach

My husband, aunt, and I stayed at Len and Kristy's second-floor apartment for three nights. With 2 king-sized beds and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for three adults. My 80 year-old aunt only had to negotiate the 13 or so steps up to the apartment coming and going. Once inside, everything is on one floor, making the stay very easy for her. The apartment is nicely furnished, with soothing beachy colors and decor. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Linens, beach towels, kitchen towels, paper products, and toiletries are all provided, making a visit from out of town very easy. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, wine glasses, and matching dishware. It is apparent that the apartment has been updated and is very well maintained. The owners have definitely ensured that renters enjoy a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a residential area of St Augustine Beach, 2 1/2 blocks from the ocean. No public parking is permitted at the end of C Street, but it's an easy walk, or a quick drive to drop off beach equipment. Parking on the beach is permitted for 4 wheel-drive vehicles in this area, but the beach is wide enough that the presence of parked vehicles didn't bother us. The apartment is about a 15-minute drive to free trolley parking at the Old Jail (the 90-minute trolley tour is fun and very informative). The lighthouse is about a 10-minute drive, and that is also worthy of a visit. The view from the top of the lighthouse is fantastic. We would definitely stay at this apartment or one of Len and Kristy's other properties next time we visit St. Augustine.

Amazing property

These hosts provide an absolutely perfect place to stay, for both humans and dogs! It is a quick walk to the beach and Old A1A which has tons of options to eat. The property is VERY clean, well stocked with towels and dishes, and they even set you up with a bottle of Prosecco! I’ll be seeking out their properties next year!
