I am sorry to read such opinions because the house is equipped with all necessary kitchen and other utensils. The cleaning crew had a car accident and informed me about it exactly when the new guests moved in. Unfortunately, random events happen, it is good that they survived a serious car accident, human life is the highest value. Guests pay for a daily stay an amount much lower or similar, depending on the standard, than any hotel in Marco Island where they have one room and two paper cups at their disposal and do not complain, here the entire house with three bedrooms and a large recreation area is available, equipped with all possible equipment and it is bad Quite often there are demanding guests looking only at their own comfort, so this does not surprise me. As for the refund for inconvenience (1 hour later the house was ready), in a telephone conversation I clearly stated that of course I will refund the costs, please submit a written request regarding the amount of the refund. Dear Karyn, thank you for your opinion. Yes, I haven't had any luck finding a good contractor to renovate my master bathroom, but I'm working on fixing the problem. When it comes to clutter in drawers, I think the best solution will be to limit the kitchen equipment. The cleaning service empty the dishwasher and put it in the drawers, shelfs but looks like it is too much organise always the mess after each guests. Shower problems usually arise when the drain is not cleared of long hair after each shower, especially if guests are staying for longer than 4 days and no cleaning service is available during that time. I'm glad that despite everything, you had a nice time and have a nice memories.
