The space
This is a brand new 2 bedroom, one bath apartment. Rooms are spacious with a workspace and TV in each. There is a full kitchen and an open living space. There's also a small patio on the landing of the stairs to enjoy sitting outside.
Guest access
The entire apartment, patio, and small outdoor area along the side of the garage are yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Quiet Hours: 9 pm weekdays, 10 pm weekends. We want our guests to be very respectful of our neighbors!

NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property.

This is a SMOKE-FREE home. If you smoke, do it outside and use the outdoor ashtray to discard cigarette butts located on the table under the stairs.
