Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad to hear that everything else about your stay went well! We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the pool. We have a professional pool service that cleans and maintains the pool twice a week, and during the busy season, we’ve increased service to three times a week to ensure it’s in top condition. That said, if we had known there were ants around the pool deck or any clarity issues, we would have gladly sent someone out immediately to take care of it. We always provide our guests with the direct cell number of our property manager and ask that they call or text us if anything needs attention. Lynn, we are glad you enjoyed the house and location, but wish you would have reached out sooner about your other concerns and we would have gladly addressed everything ASAP. We recently acquired this property and are making constant improvements to the property. It is an older home, but is in a wonderful location and offers a huge private pool and is tucked back off the road and offers a lot of privacy. The views from the upper decks are also incredible. Just in the last few months, we have replaced all the kitchen cabinet doors in the entire kitchen, added new polywood furniture, re built the decks on the top floor east and west side of the lookout tower , added a new grill, added truck loads of new gravel down long driveway and updated some appliances. We also have a local pool service that services and checks the pool 3 times a week during summer months and will come out if any other issues arise mid week. We also use a commercial cleaning company that handles all cleaning and would have gladly come back out to do any required touch ups that you feel may have been overlooked if you would have made us aware, upon checkin. We have high cleaning standards and all linens INCLUDING the comforters are pulled from the house after each clean and laundered off site and fresh linens, comforters and towels are brought in each week.
