The home backs up to Lee Martinez Park and the Poudre River Trail which is perfect for those who enjoy walking, biking and observing the natural world. The home itself features a lovely covered deck that overlooks the park, a delightful chef’s kitchen with tons of natural light and a large master suite with its own private balcony, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and even a coffee bar! You will love this sophisticated sleek home in Old Town West.
Just imagine waking up to the sound of birds outside your window, brewing a fresh pot of coffee from your bedroom and then enjoying a leisurely morning cooking breakfast in our sun-drenched kitchen. Then after breakfast, head out for a stroll along the scenic Poudre River Trail and wind your way into Old Town Fort Collins where you can shop, dine and discover the small businesses that make our town unique. Only a short 10-minute walk from Downtown Fort Collins, you will love the accessibility of this home along with its' unique charm, luxurious amenities and proximity to nearby natural areas!
