We loved that the property was in downtown Fort Collins, so everything was in walkable distance from you! The one thing we didn’t love is that there’s no overnight parking right by the front. So you have to pay to park overnight or park in one of the neighborhoods for it to be free. This isn’t ideal for us and we wouldn’t have booked the property if we knew that beforehand due to the overall price of staying here.

Very comfortable apartment on the Main Street in downtown. Quiet and very convenient for walking around. Only problem is the parking - can’t leave car overnight on street so we ended up having to move it several times and paid for overnight in a garage one night. There was a drip coffee maker in the room but no coffee so either bring your own or go downstairs to the (very tasty) coffee shop downstairs. Host was Welcoming to our senior dog, but going outside required hiking down 25 stairs, then a bit of a walk to find a place to go, then back up! She managed just fine and we were grateful she could travel with us.

Wished we’d stayed here for more than one night! It was so cozy and comfortable for three of us. The beds/bedrooms were great - love the added touch of the noise machines to block outside noise although it wasn’t loud the night we stayed. The location is perfect. Be sure to checkout the coffee shop downstairs.

The rental unit was very nice, and very clean. Perfect location close to everything in Old Town! We did not find the street noise to be excessive at all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The only possible suggestion I might make to the owner is to provide more towels and washcloths, but that’s a minor thing that did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.
